I also stopped listening. It used to be the highlight of my day... now I delete the episode off my podcast list as soon as it's listed. Meh.

The grounding ideas were good tips. I plan to use them. I think Kenny was just doing his schtick, being funny, making fun of himself saying he'd be looking for things to taste.. I didn't get the impression they were making fun of you at all. Dr Wider was familiar with your methods. Please enjoy your call for what it was. You did a great job.

Oh no! I just thought he was snickering while I was talking, that was all. I didn't take it to heart. I even laughed when they said he was going to lick the homeless man. I hope no one took it the wrong way - I was grateful they took my call while Dr. Wider was on the line, especially if I could help one person with anxiety. Grounding is the only thing that works for me and it's crazy how much your mind can have an effect on your well-being in situations.

I plan on being more vocal in these chats too, Tay and Kenny are the only thing that get me through my long morning commute! Otherwise I would be raging whilst driving in the AM.

I was one of the people that called in during that talk... and I felt like Kenny was laughing at me the whole entire time. It really made me feel inferior when all I was doing was helping others with my comment. :/

I'm so sorry that he made you feel like that. The way he treats callers sometimes is reprehensible. I would never call in for fear of being mocked. You didn't deserve that
