ETA - Yes! I've had an IUD in for three years because, like Taylor, I never remembered to take the pill either. And I've also been period free the whole time so I can also do my job 100% of the time  too (furious)

No. It's inserted all the way into the uterus and a tiny string comes out into the vaginal canal. It's hard to explain. Do a Google image search for Mirena IUD.  I've had one for two years now and it works for me.

I know at one point she used an IUD, because she talked about it on the show. It might have been when she was just dating Brett though. She probably wasn't on bc because she wasn't being honest with Brett, who really wanted kids. He may have thought that they were "trying" and maybe she just let him believe that. It makes me so sad.

Ummmm....did they really even HAVE sex? Lol. The way she talks about it, the poor guy never had a chance with her! I heard her on one of the shows this week when they were talking about PDA... She was talking about how much she loves kissing (me too!) but the guy can keep his 'p' away from her cause she HATES the rest of it! That's all she ever says!!! (I'm exaggerating...yes, I know they had to at some point, but I can see it being 'anniversary sex' if anything!)

I think it probably happened maybe once or twice early on before kids were on the table for either of them. Maybe even prior to being married. I think Taylor takes a lot of real simple stories and exaggerates them for better radio but people take them as gospel. It's not uncommon for an entertainer to do at all. Most people that get into this industry have a flair for the dramatics and knowing how to make and keep things interesting.

There is a huge difference between entertainment and an exaggerated story about how she kept taking plan B....   I know about entertainers and entertainment. Having a flair for the dramatic is an art. SMH

 
Sure but this is subjective as to what entertains you. Which may not be the same as what entertains another. Or something another may not take as seriously. I'm in the industry myself and I see people that do this kind of stuff all the time. And it often works out in their favor, too. Sometimes the truth is just boring. It's not like this is anything new. Taylor has been doing this for years. Especially when it comes to the topic of sex.

I love hearing Tay and Sam on a show together.

@ICantEven I totally agree! I think she'd do great with someone like him. There's something about Sam that makes her sit straighter and be prepared while still being like old open and honest Taylor. Relationship wise, I think someone with his personality type can keep her on her toes, whereas with brett she probably bickered with constantly, he yelled at her for not keeping the labels forward, and she berated him until he flew off to Texas to play with chlorine or ran off heli skiing. I have listened to this show for so long. I take it as entertainment, like television. I don't get it where people mad at other posters for their opinions. It's an entertainment show. I also don't take everything Taylor says and 100% truth about her life. She knows she has revealed too much in the past and going through the divorce had to be tough. Knowing that people have conspiracy theories about her life and post about where she lives and her friends and family has to creep her out. It's creepy to me sometimes when people post pics of Bretts family, her friends wedding registries and  pics of the places she lived. Don't get me wrong, I look at it , so I can't judge. But I always try to think about how I would feel it that was me. She said he Mom is a super sleuth so I'm sure she tells her exactly what is going on with forums.

We don't have to fight with other people here. Everyone has there opinion and none of us are forced to come here or listen to Taylor. Some people need a chill pill sometimes, jeez...
 

I love how Sam holds her accountable. He calls her on her crap and keeps the show moving. He takes it away from being Taylor-centric and makes it entertaining.

I was thinking the same thing! Not that she needs to get rid of her friends, but that Sam didn't need to start drinking the 'Taylor pity party' Kool Aid! She is so much better around him! She is like the student in her favorite AP teacher's class...where the class is very hard, but you want the teacher to like you so you are always ready for class. And Sam usually doesn't let her slide...but on Monday he started too. He started down that 'let me stroke your hair and tell you how pretty you are...I'm a fan boy of yours' (which is fine...just don't pile it on so thick it's to her detriment. Help her be a grownup and show her how to be strong and accountable like you have in the past!!!) I think he's given her good advice on how to hustle (like when he said, "You were watching the AMA's...why weren't you live-tweeting?" Honestly, her answer of 'I should have but I was too tired' compounded with "I didn't see every category" made me think she didn't really watch much of them at all! Lol)  

She did say she slept until 2:00. She also said that she's having a hard time recovering from staying up late for Sam's show over a week ago! OK...call me crazy (I've been called worse) but didn't Stassi her out for staying out until 1:00 AM EVERY NIGHT on work nights and Taylor laughed and thought it was funny? Isn't that what she does with her 'model' friends? Lol. When it's work, it's too hard. When it's fun, she's all over it! 

Why does she let Sam talk and interrupts Kenny all the time?  Sam is definitely an Alpha male and it shows.  Kenny can do better than this show, I'm afraid.

Same. I also loved that he made fun of her for using #podlife and I loved even more than when she was telling the story, she said she used a hashtag, and he interjected with #richhusband.

Fucking #podlife. She convinced herself that it wasn't the same as using #firstclass because poop people wouldn't know what pod life was! Psh.
