Tay pronouncing "appreciate " as "app-rish-iate."
And "surrogate" as "saro-get".

Man-yer-ism instead of mannerism. Even a caller this week said it like that- she's rubbing off on listeners!

I'm tired of her knocking southern states and the people who live there. I live in Texas, but I am not an ignorant redneck and neither are my friends. It's funny at times, but recently it's gotten excessive.
Offline
I would like to never again hear Tay's attempt at a southern accent.

"Remigent."
And I would like to add anything BBQ-related to the list.

Vice-A versa
During the Interview they played(Friday I think) she said it that way and carol was like (not in a rude way) yes vice versa lol
Offline
"Greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat taaaaaaaaste"

Millenials do this, that etc.
I am a millennial and she talks about this multiple times a week lol

It's dissuade, not disway.

I agree! Same with people from the Midwest. She talks about her ex SIL. And how she spoke about ppl from that part of the country but I've heard her say negative things too. It's beyond stereotyping and I'm sure she wouldn't like it if she was treated that way. I'm a New Yorker too and she comes off as though she thinks she's better just because she lives here. Pride in your home isn't what she's displaying either. It's so rude.

YES! Lol I posted about this too. So annoying. 😑

How about using 'verse' instead of 'versus'?? I even started questioning myself so I looked it up and they are using it incorrectly...so how can Kenny report on "Batman versus Superman" being a shitty movie (saying it correctly) but then turn around and talk about the "Yankees verse Boston" and not hear the difference??

And it's amenable, not amendable.

Her obscene generalizations of women that are solely based on how she and her weird ass friends (past and present) act and react to whatever the situation is. I've literally never had friends that act like any of her stories on any given topic.
My friends are real. We don't talk about each other behind our backs, we don't get butt hurt if another one gets a compliment. We don't get butt hurt if someone isn't invited or doesn't attend something. We just have fun together! It's so crazy that she obsesses over this type of stuff because none of this dumb shit she turns into a show everyday matters at all in the grand scheme of life. No wonder she is such a miserable person.
Also, could we stop with the valley girl accent once and for all for the love of Jesus???

every other word is LIKE or LITERALLY!
she's 33 and sounds 15

I have this friend that...
I have a friend who...
I wish she'd come up with another way to start a story.

Once again...mean girls. She just can't quit talking about them.

Because she is one!!! She was bragging about the story in Memphis again...about flirting with the lady's husband to piss her off. Right after her 45 minutes of mean girl ranting.

Pouring the tea? Is that right??? (I can't believe I can't remember!!!) It was said about 5-6 times before and during Joey S's segment today. Ugh.

Spill the gossip, share the gossip. Women would sit around having tea and gossiping.

Ugh, right? I'm a retired pageant girl and no one I ever competed with was nearly as vapid at Taylor. Plus, not for anything, but don't go calling pageant girls dumb and then say "way to represent your state, D.C." (I'm praying I missed something and that was a joke).

That was definitely a joke! She said something earlier about how DC shouldn't be in the competition because it wasn't a state.

Thank goodness. I must not have been listening for that part.

It would be great if she didn't relate "what came first the chicken or the egg?" To every scenario lol she said it 2x today alone.
Ex. What came first women being anxious or did society's expectations made women more anxious (also I know my weight contributes to my own anxiety but I don't think it's fair to generalize that most women have anxiety due to physical appearance etc.)
Another ex. What came first mean girls or is social media making girls (and people in general) mean?

First I have to EXCLAIM, where the hell have I been? I'm just now finding this site?!?!?! I'm dying and have been sucked into its vortex!!! LOVE!
LilEffer & Lemondrop718...THANK YOU! I'm so tired of her old and antiquated stereotypes on Southerners. I find myself pressing the fast forward button (on demand of course) more and more, especially when she stereotypes. Every now and then is okay....but it's ALL THE TIME!
I'm a born and raised Atlanta Southern girl and nothing she ever says relates to me or any of the Southern people I know.
OVER IT!
