Is there a proxy for cell phones?
Hello. Here's the situation. I sometimes make bets on sports. The problem is that my bookmaker is blocked. To get to his site I use a proxy on my computer. But I would like to use a mobile application. How to do it? Are there proxies for smartphones?

To be honest, I have never even been interested in such a question, as I do not make bets myself. But I'm sure that there are probably some ways to bypass the blocking from a smartphone too.
