Has anyone seen or read "these something wrong with aunt Diane"? It's another messed up real life story. It's on YouTube if anyone wants to watch.
Any others? I love stuff like this!It was a good documentary and there are SO MANY podcasts on it... but in all honestly, she was a drunk and that father is delusional. A tooth abscess?! I hated him. He put so much time and effort into proving the toxicology wrong when his poor son needs that attention.
The family is in complete denial. I lost all compassion for the husband after Jay (the sister in law) said that he had never wanted children and was now mad that he was left to raise the son alone. Asshole. I hope his son never sees the documentary.

Still have to watch the documentary but I just started s new podcast. Not sure if anyone's previously mentioned it. It's called someone knows something. It's a man that delves into some cold cases. Season 1: a 5 year old boy who was fishing with some family disappeared with out a trace about 42 years ago. Season 2: a 29 year old woman is proposed to on tv and goes missing a few days later. No trace, about 18. Years ago. It's very captivating and sad.

Yes! I've listened to season two, about Sheryl, but I haven't listened to season one yet.
If you like those, give Accused a listen. I binged that one!

Generation Why's newest podcast ep is on Dee Dee and Gypsy.
Also- and this may backfire- but I am seeing that a lot of you guys are just like me in the way that you'll seek out Netflix docus... well, this is a WARNING NOT to watch Dear Zachary.
Now, I know that it's human nature to do something someone tells you not to, but I am telling you that I wish someone had warned me before hand. I watched it probably six months ago, and it's something I have not been able to shake. I was in tears the entire time, then flooded with anger... and those two emotions engulfed me.
And if you still choose to watch, you've been warned.

What's it's about?
If people say don't watch, I don't watch. Lol I can't handle gore, and anything to do with little kids or animals being hurt messes me up. It almost consumes, I just don't watch anymore.
And thanks for The Keepers.....starting it tonight!

A guy films a documentary about his best friend, Andrew, who was murdered, for his unborn son. He interviews Andrew's friends and family so that Zachary, his son, will know his father.

I'm the same way- I've seen too many things I wish I hadn't so now when people say don't watch I definitely don't lol.
The puppy scene in Butterfly Effect is something I wish I hadn't seen - that stuck with me for a while. :/

I read Girl with the Dragon tatoo, but never finished the movie. Just too much to take in. The Sean Penn movie where he pours the hot coffee on the dog? I had nightmares about that forever and still makes me sick to think about 😥

I read the book written by Andrew's father after watching the documentary. It is so heartbreaking.

Oh no. I can't imagine!! After seeing the documentary, although heartbreaking, would you recommend the book?
I loved Andrews parent's... so inspiring to find light in the darkness.

On episode 4 of the Keepers. My god I can not believe this went on for so long and what these poor women had to go thru.Ugh the Catholic Church and their cover ups!!
I can't remember if I brought this up a few weeks ago but is anyone watching The Handmaids Tales on Hulu? It's so amazing. I've read the book close to 20x in my life and the show hasn't disappointed- highly recommend.

I watch it on my fire stick so free.
I'm down to two cable boxes in my house and all other rooms have a firestick.
I'm saving so much money a month now. Don't even have premium channels on my cable anymore.
I think one of the other girls posted how you can get the free content on the stick.

If you watched the documentary you pretty much know everything that is in the book. I hate to say it because the family went through so much, but the book does not shed any new light on anything....just what you already know. It really seems to be written from straight emotion (how could it not??!?). Such a sad story

The last three are missing, have to wait for Netflix for those. I didn't love last season, this one has been amazing so far, so much emotion.
If you don't download stuff, download utorrent, then click the magnet here with the most seeders.

Let me know when you're finished. My mind is blown. I've now got a large conspiracy theory involving Baltimore diocese and another well-known Baltimore murder.

I just started episode 3, good chance I'll finish tonight! Should we start a thread on it to keep spoilers out of here?

Yes please! I want to hear that conspiracy theory!! 😁

I belong to a private Facebook group for Adderall and Compliments and Annabelle just asked everyone to submit questions for Taylor because she will be the next guest on her pod.
Everyone on the group is super positive and nice, which I love, but I really want to ask actual questions I am wondering about Taylor... but the group would immediately veto my negativity...
Anyway, Taylor will be on the next episode, if anyone cares.
