Listened to the Morning Toast yesterday and as much as I can't stand their voices, I enjoy their "fast 5" stories while I'm getting ready. I feel like Taylor's "fix in 6" are always a day behind. They were talking about the Pete Davidson/Ariana Grande and said "Pete's ex Carly Aquillino is a giant thirst monster on twitter and needs to stop" definitely sounded like there was some bad blood there. I'd think they would all be in the same circle with Taylor. Wonder what happened

I think something DEFINITELY had to have happened between Taylor and Carly. Emma talks about her ALL.OF.THE.TIME but Taylor never does. You can’t tell me she’s not available to come on the show... I would bet just about anything something went down before Tay Tay got fired or right after. Carly is probably smart enough to say, “Nope. You ain’t using me just to get at my friends/contact/climb your social ladder gooooorlllll.....”

Carly’s humor appeals to my silly side, and Emma engages me with her story telling. But I only have one question.....let me preface it by saying that I absolutely adore Emma and her personality. But, what is the deal? ALL of her IG stories make her look sloppy and unkept. Like she is on a 3 day bender, and has been beat with a pillow sack full of cats. I don’t get it....

I am totally with you. I think it's the hair style... I am not a fan. She is a very pretty women, but definitely has the style of Nick Carter

Hahahaha!! Totally had to eat my words! I actually enjoyed listening to her too! Glad she was on. I hate that Taylor reverts to a middle school level as far as language usage when she’s within 10 feet of her (“supes adorbs gooorrlllll”) but Carly is so quick-witted that it’s worth the trade off for 2 hours.

LOL! I enjoyed it also, I can put aside the teen talk once in a while just to hear the shit Carly says. I really like her in small doses, and yesterday was just enough to tide me over for another couple of months

If anyone here understands French, I love a podcast called Transfert. It's random people telling a crazy story about their life - anything from identity theft to finding out they were conceived with a sperm donor and finding that they have dozens of biological siblings, to a mom whose child was abducted in a foreign country to stories of abuse, drug addiction, etc. It's super interesting.

I will be watching the last two episodes tonight. It is SO good! There is no way her injuries were from falling down the stairs. But, there's also so much reasonable doubt.

Also, one of his "adopted" daughters looks just like him. And her mother died from also falling down the stairs. WTF?!?!

Can't wait to finish this up tonight!

In the staircase, I think he likely did it but the prosecution should have just stuck to the facts instead of turning it into a smear campaign. They did a poor job with the presentation and character assignation. I know the documentary is bias though so I can’t say for sure if they’re case was presented better.

I didn’t really think about the one adopted daughter looking like him, but you may be onto something with that observation!

I wasn’t too into Evil Genius either, but it was short enough that I got through it.

The Podcast Generation Why, in case anyone is interested, just covered The Staircase. It’s 2 parts but the second part isn’t up yet. You’d defiantly want to finish the documentary first before listening.

I ran across a 2018 list from The Guardian that I’ve posted for everyone below. Not all are UK podcasts and as I was looking up a few of the descriptions, I found some of the related ones were even better!

Cindy- there were a few about comedy and comics who talk about how they come up with their material on the list.

Finally, I tried to find Sean Kilby’s new show but it didn’t show up in a search. However, if you put “Hold Up” into the search, there are several other podcasts that already do what he is doing. It will be interesting to hear how he “holds up” to the competition! 😂😂😂

Okay so this is old news... but -
I am listening to Stassi's podcast with Taylor, and Taylor is the worst. We all know that she went to Stassi's birthday to get to possibly end up on the show. I wouldn't be surprised if she causes a fight with her so that she's centered in a dramatic scene.

I’m loving Emma and Carly’s podcast. I’m older then their target audience as far as the questions but they are hilarious!

Episode 2- listen and wait for “I’m dryer then a Popeye’s biscuit!”

I almost peed in my pants as I walked the dog!!!

I'm going to have to start listening to their podcast. I've been going back and listening to Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe.... I'm also a huge Bachelor fan but you don't have to be to enjoy her show.

There is a Bachelor podcast called Rose Pricks which is really good. One of the hosts is Ronnie Karam from the Watch What Crappens podcast. He is hilarious.

There’s another Bachelor one called “Here for the Wrong Reasons” that’s pretty entertaining. It’s a husband and wife from Alabama or Tennessee and part of the fun are their accents. They are both college professors and they also kind of pick on each other too...I really think it’s my favorite to listen to! (I also wish they had been my professors in school!)
