Any Serial Season 3 listeners? It's fine but I'm not dying for each episode each week... there are a lot of "characters" to keep straight and it feels all out of order. Maybe I'm not listening close enough, but I don't think it's anything compared to season 1 or even 2. 

I’m actually LOVING serial season 3. It’s not suspense like the previous 2 seasons, actually I didn’t really like season 2, but I feel like this is eye opening in so many ways. I know our justice system is incredibly flawed but to hear about it in such a way is eye-opening. As a middle-class white woman, I’m disgusted how the white system keeps the cycle going for minorities especially lower class black families. So I keep listening as a check to myself to do better as well.

I think it doesn’t have the same congruent timeline but I tend to listen to a few back to back and that helps with the characters and jumping from one episode to the next and seeing the tie in.

Didn’t like Taylor’s, it was all promo for her stuff and stories she’s told a bunch. Maybe good for someone who hasn’t heard her before. Listening to Daryns now!

So... after you posted this, I replied that I couldn't get in to season 2 of Up and Vanished. I am super bummed because I had this confused with another podcast (the one out of canada, can't even remember the name). I just discovered my mistake today and am kicking myself for not listening to season 2 earlier! 

I am totally listening to season 2 of UAV. Was the one out of Canada that you are thinking of called Someone Knows Something?  I listed to that one too.....

I'm glad you found it again! The final episode was last week, and I've been meaning to find the facebook group to follow along on anything new that develops. Heading to do that now...

Listed to an episode of This Podcast Will Kill You, it's interesting. The one girl (don't know names yet) is trying very hard to be cutesy that it's on the verge of annoying. But the info is good so I'll listen to more!

I am quoting myself...I’m on episode 8 and I can’t get enough of this podcast!! It is SO GOOD! Now I find myself on Reddit reading more about MLMs and Lularoe (there’s some big sh*t going down there!) and dying for the rest of the podcasts to come out! Anyone else listening??

Yes...It weirdly ended on episode 11 (my OCD brain can’t handle the odd number. Why can’t they do 12 and make me feel better??) I heard there’s a season 2 but it’s not about MLMs. So who knows if I’ll listen. This is the first “serious” podcast I’ve listened to. And like I said, now I’m kind of obsessed with this whole MLM thing. At the airport Saturday, I kept seeing god awful leggings, so I gave my hubby the Cliffnotes version of LLR. 😂😂😂

I haven't been following this particular thread, so I hope this hasn't already been recommended, but I've been listening to "Believed". It's an NPR podcast about Larry Naasar and how he got away with abusing hundreds of girls. It's riveting.

I have. He has scandy, but he sounds so slimy as he delivers it that it sounds fake. He sounds like he’s wearing a 1980’s sort-of-shiny, too-small suit. 😄 And, that man likes to hear himself talk.

Who else listens to Carly and Emma's SKC? I think yesterday some light may have been shed on what happened between Carly and TS. At about 1 hour and 8 mins in Carly talks about trying to help a friend that was trying to go get a certain job/get into something new and CA told her something in confidence about contracts or whatever. The other girl told someone she shouldn't have and almost lost Carly a job.

Carly was fumbling for words because she didn't want to give it away. Could be anyone, but knowing that SKC has so many TS listeners I think she was really trying to not give ANY clues... (which, ironically, is what tipped me off)
