Microsoft Outlook

In Microsoft Outlook, how can I create and manage a Distribution List (Contact Group) to efficiently send emails to multiple recipients at once? Additionally, what are the best practices for updating, modifying, and sharing the list with colleagues to ensure that it remains accurate and up to date? Are there any limitations or potential issues, such as maximum recipient limits, email deliverability concerns, or compatibility with external email clients, that I should be aware of?

Re: Microsoft Outlook

Managing a Distribution List in Outlook? No sweat. Just create a distribution list in Outlook tab, throw in your contacts, and you’re good to go. Keep it fresh by updating regularly - nothing worse than sending to outdated emails! Also, Outlook limits emails to 500 recipients, and external clients can be finicky.
