Does anyone have anything fun they've learned from the show lately?
I don't listen as much because of the repetition, but I like coming here to keep in the know.
I used to love listening to feel connected to NYC. I have family in NY and used to visit more often than I can now. I would keep a list of restaurants to try based on their recommendations. Since Tay doesn't go out as much, or keeps the places to herself... I don't feel like I'm missing out. I really liked her blog post on restaurants/bars.
I appreciate Tays fashion finds. I bought a bar necklace like one she had on one of her post.
She also exposed me to 2 hilarious Instagram-ers a while back: thefatjewish and f*ckjerry
It's sad that I don't feel like I'm missing much, but I may start tuning in more if others are finding some good nuggets.

I can't say I've learned anything new but there are some things I've really enjoyed..... Joey Skaldany is a wonderful addition to the show
Katie deserves a lot of props.... The fat kid Friday's have sounded amazing lately! I want to take a fat kid trip to New York and try all those places....
(PLEASE Other board Admin/Matthew make a Fat Kid Friday tab on the website)

Not for a while.
But I did learn about the beautiful creation called the blow-out at DryBar a long time ago. THAT was a life-changer.

This is really my issue. I really used to feel like listening to the show kept me on the pulse of what the trends were and what was going on. Not so much anymore.
I wish it still did, and I feel this great loyalty to the show for listening for so long, but I just am not feeling like I am gaining much from it anymore and I am debating switching.

Ditto! I used to drive around the parking lot "looking for a spot to park" waiting for the 7 things because it wasn't just news read off a webpage.

I know we've talked about things like this before, but I wasn't sure where it was, so I'm just putting this in a random thread, sorry.
Does anyone else notice on the intro that goes like "are you struggling so hard right now... can you not even?..." It totally sounds like the guy says "well come wake up with Kaylor and Kenny" instead of Taylor. It drives me nuts! Am I the only one who hears this??
