maybe it was on a different podcasts, but she's also said early on he bought her really expensive pearls, so he bought nice stuff before without her asking. But with her asking for specific ones, if you're buying shoes you need to buy exactly what the person wants? especially for $800. I just think if he was against it he should of just said it, not like no you only get half?

Listening to today's show and Taylor telling the story about how she had a friend with a drug problem and said she hated the guy her friend was dating at her engagement party because he would be a bad influence with her & drugs. She said "I ended up going out to dinner with him and he ended up being great. But he can still be a FUCKING ASSHOLE still". My theory-was she talking about Matt & Nicole? I remember her saying she needed to move out of a very bad living situation before she moved in with Brett. Maybe she is referencing a drug problem Nicole had? Don't want to make an accusations! Just got me thinking...
Yes, that's what I was talking about when she said that she was in a bad living situation-that Nicole was spiralling out of control(I thought it was either drugs or alcohol). And anytime she's talked about the engagement party I always thought that it was Matt and Nicole because she talked about the new bf potentially enabling her friend's toxic lifestyle.

I thought that too because she related this story to the one where she said to one friend that she hated the other friends bf. I don't really remember her mentioning a drug problem before, but I half listen a lot so I could've forgotten. Either way I thought of them also.

Did anyone else hear how much she was shitting on crews of friends? She is all about her current group but it seemed to me like she was specifically talking college crews (meanwhile she says her current group just got out of college-same to me) seems like she's not getting along w the IC girls and things are really going down hill with them. Instead of acknowledging that friendships end or people (her) do things to mess up friendships she puts the blame on the theory that college groups of friends can't last. I feel that she scapegoats a lot. Don't act like what happened was a normal progression of a friendship and these things just happen... Such BS to me and it's really inauthentic.
