UGH! I just watched it in it's entirety so I heard her talk about being paid. Seriously? She will never be relevant with that attitude. She needs to get tips from her friend, Stassi. Stassi has two podcasts a week, she replies to her fans emails, she is very active on Twitter/Instagram and she seriously Snaps every day. Her snap stories are so entertaining.... and does she ever once ask us to pay her?

She's super active and she's actually pretty entertaining on her Vines. Granted, these vines are pre-lips, so maybe she took herself less serious back then?

That's one of the things that really bothers me.  The fact that she refuses to interact with her audience, even on her blog, makes her seem like she thinks of it as a job.  She wants fans, yet doesn't want to interact with them.  She wants a reality TV show yet wants privacy and refuses to give names on air of celebrities who have no idea who she is and wouldn't care.  She wants to have her cake and eat it, too.

She has delusions of grandeur, and frankly, this is a whole new world and new economy, and interaction is key to gaining a following.

Is she maybe their babysitter? She said she has known her since she was 17 and is like an older sister? She has said before her siblings sitter was like a big sister to her, never babysat her.

Oh and now that u mention it, Nichole may be their sitter.

Dumb question: I signed up for snapchat to hear stassi specifically because I hear she does the best snapchats every day. So I added her as my (only) friend. Now I click on My Friends, it lists Stassi, but there is no list of snapchats to listen to under her name? What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help you can give!

You can see her snaps on her "story." They don't show up on the friends list, those snaps only come from friends who specifically send them to you. You'll see the three little dots in the bottom right corner (on iPhone at least) and you can press that (or swipe right) and that's where the "stories" come up!

Some days are better than others for Stassi! I basically watch in case Patrick makes an appearance, which is rare, but it does happen!! I miss him so much.

I miss Patrick too! I'll keep watching just to see him. I loved it when he was on her podcast!

If you see blogging as a chore, it can take for-EVER. That's how Taylor sees it. Stassi doesn't have a regular day job, she's filming for VPR and doing her podcast (which she is paid to do, so it's like a job and she prepares for it every time) and blog and stuff. I really like her podcast. It's totally engaging, even when it's just her.

I know!! I'm so fascinated by all this stuff but I'm also a scaredy cat. And Stassi's enthusiasm really stands out and draws me in. I came across the video of the girl from the Cecil hotel one night a while ago and it freaked me out!! Lol I hope she does that monthly podcast on creepy stuff i would be so into it.

Great points! I also didn't like Stassi, but that was just from what little of VPR that I watched in the beginning. She's very relatable, whereas T seems to be less and less relatable.

Ahhhh - I watched that video on Friday and was completely freaked out afterwards (and it was 2pm on a sunny day). It will haunt my dreams that's for sure.
 

I haven't listened but assume you are talking about Elisa Lamb and her disappearance? I love this story and am so intrigued. When I first heard about it last year, I went on a rampage and read tons of stories and watch the video like 10 times! There is a moving coming out, don't know when.

Yep, Elisa Lam - that's the one I was referring to. I did see there was a movie - but I'm gonna be way too chicken to see it I know it. The video was so creepy - esp how she'd lean out the elevator door and quickly turn her head left then right. And when you could only see part of her body/arm while she was outside the elevator but it looked like she was grabbing her head. Ahhhhh!!! 

Not to mention how gross it was for the people staying in that hotel when the found her body in those water tanks. Could you imagine having brushed your teeth with that water. Horrible. Sad. Gross. Creepy.
