I am an intermediate player but I have decided to enter my first OTB tournament next month. I am pretty nervous about the time controls and opening preparation. I feel like my openings are weak against strong players. I need some serious help to get ready in time. Does anyone know what is the best way to cram for a tournament? I need to fix my repertoire quickly.

Tournament anxiety is real, but preparation helps a lot. If you want to perform well, you need to stop playing blitz online and start studying deeply. I recommend finding a chess coach gm who has tournament experience. They can look at your current openings and patch the holes quickly. You do not need to learn 10 new openings, you just need to understand the plans in the ones you play. A coach will also help you with time management and psychology, which is half the battle in tournaments. It is better to study complex endgames and strategy with a pro than to just memorize lines.
