Oh yeah, AK also said on her page that they only get 0.40 per item sold.  I can't imagine that they get paid the same whether it be an $8.99 dress or a $260 bag, but I agree that I like the transparency too.

​Coincidentally, I reached out to AK regarding an order on the day she was fired.  She told me that Fran fired her b/c she was talking to some of the other admins that Fran had previously fired from the group. ???? Who knows??  I do like her taste and her style, and I find her endearing.  However, the huge skeptic in me has to question all of the fantastic tales she tells.  Like, does her husband REALLY make all those comments about her outfit?? Did she REALLY just fly from HI to CA in one day to deliver Hermes bags to a client?? (That was a fairly recent post).  In any case, even if it's all made-up, I really enjoy the page, and she does an excellent job of curating it all. 

Yeah, there are a couple other pages that other "defectors" have started. I've been in one of them for a while and there is lots of chatter about "moles" in the group, and how you'll get kicked out of Fran's group if she finds out you are in any of these other groups, so that makes sense. I keep a  pretty low profile in all of the groups so I doubt I'll ever have any issues.

And I'm with you, even if AK does embellish or make stuff up, I find it entertaining and don't really care. She seems nice either way.

 
I just think she’s HILARIOUS and I’ll continue to follow just for the laughs (although that Chrome thing will probably save me/lose her money). I found several things I wanted to buy but I forgot all about them by the time I leave my iPad and start doing other stuff. Old age will do that to you!

As far as Fran goes, she has never responded to my request for help regarding my stupid Tory Burch sandals ordered on 2/9. At this point, I’m ready to message the seller-IDGAF about what happens to Fran if I do. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've had the same experience with Fran's group the last 6 months or so. They were great when I first found the group, but its gone down hill. I think its gotten too big. You really have to hound the admins, but to get a response. And I'm with you on the PO thing, that's the seller's problem. Its their responsibility to get what you ordered to you in good condition. If I'm really having trouble with the admins, I'll message the seller directly about it. I still don't send pics or mention that its a brand name, I just keep it generic and tell them the product didn't arrive/arrived damaged and they pretty much always send me a new one without much fuss, and its never gotten back to the admins. Are you in the new "defector" group? Its smaller and so far I like it better.

So I just opened my latest purchase and I went from elated to sad. My *ikes, which I’m pretty sure I didn’t order in purple (I hate purple) but are cute anyway, are too small! The pillows covers were a total of $12. And I got 2 pillows from Walmart foe $2.37/each. So I cut them open and stuffeda little in the smaller flamingo cover, then folded over the extra fabric and shoved it all in the bigger ones!
