The other day, we had a woman come to our office selling straighteners. She had Style House for $60. I had never heard of them, did a quick Google search, reviews were great and they retail for $200 (Amazon had some for cheaper and looks like Costco does some good deals)and a lifetime warranty, so I bought one.
This thing is amazing! I don't know that it gets as hot as my other one (says it goes to 450d, but reviews say it fluctuates on what your hair needs), but my hair is so soft and shiny!!! I keep touching it lol
If you can find a good deal, totally recommend this!

This is going to be the unhealthiest, trashy post - but it must be said.
Last week I purchased something called Beer Cheese from Walmart (Walmart brand) thinking my hubby would like it and that it probably tasted like burning rubber.
IT. WAS.AMAZING.
I’m 90% sure I ate half the container before he even entered the room.
I regret nothing.

Looking around my apartment, just now I love...
Rodial Stem Cell Cleanser: You can use it as a mask first and then rinse it off. Leaves my skin totally soft
Cerave moisture cream with pump: I get this autodelivered on Amazon. Big fan of the ceramides and hylauronic acid.
Dermal Korea Collagen Essence Full Face Facial Mask Sheet: I don’t know if these make any long term difference, but I travel a ton for work and often bring these with me when I can’t have the above products in my carry-on. I’ll use them day-to-day too (thought not as frequently because I’m lazy), and my skin feels awesome and my makeup stays wonderfully after using them.
Cuisanart toaster/air fryer: I use this literally ever day (which is way easier then taking the pans out from my stove because I have a tiny NYC kitchen). The air fryer is amazing and will cook perfect French fries in 8 minutes with NO oil. I’m obsessed. If you are in the market for an air fryer and tight on space, get this to replace your toaster! ,loc:2&gclid=CjwKCAiA47DTBRAUEiwA4luU2T8lKbOL4MkQgpwU1zdb3NMXSSSHqeCmcqsis4CFuQN8fkNCq6_vHBoCEXYQAvD_BwE
Method floor cleaner: it makes me want to mop because of the lovely almond scent
J Beverly Hill Shampoo and Conditioner set (I’m pretty sure it’s the rescue line but I’m not interested in walking to my bathroom to check): I have Keratin treated hair. This is the only shampoo/conditioner set that keeps buildup at bay (with no sulfates, Shampoo doesn’t lather so you can get buildup really easily. And when you have keratin you can absolutely not use sulfates!)

Some other big time faves (theme: reduce plastic use!):
-Reusable shopping bags
-Reusable produce bags ( )
-Reusable sandwich/snack bags ( )
-Glass straws ( )
-Bee's wrap ( )
-Stanley Vacuum Thermos ( ) Keeps coffee hot for hours! Starbucks usually offers a small discount for bringing your own vessel.
Can't believe I forgot THE WET BRUSH!!! ( ) I have long, suuuuper fine hair that snarls like crazy and a low pain threshold. I used to use a wide-tooth comb to get through it all, but my hairstylist suggested this brush, and it's fucking revolutionary. I can brush right through without any resistance or pain!

I'm a big fan of the Beekman 1802 line of products but especially can't live without
The smell is amazing and can easily be used while traveling. I mostly use them as hand wipes, not make up wipes and sometimes use to clean my bathroom, the smell is that good.
Check out this line if, like me, you're particular about where your products come from and if you want to support a small company that gives back to the community. Fans of the Amazing Race will recognize Josh and Brent, too!
