I’ve been running my own small project online for a while now, and lately I feel like I’m spending more time organizing posts than actually creating them. Every platform wants something slightly different, and it drains my motivation. I’m starting to wonder if my workflow itself is the real problem rather than my productivity.Question:
How do you personally manage planning, scheduling, and analyzing multiple social media accounts without burning out or missing posting days?

I went through the exact same phase where I kept switching tabs and still forgot posts, which made everything feel chaotic. Eventually I realized the issue wasn’t discipline — it was the lack of a central workflow. What helped me most was using an all-in-one dashboard instead of separate tools. I now plan content weeks ahead, preview posts for each platform, and track engagement in one place. That alone removed most of the daily stress.I personally ended up using and it solved the “where did I post what” confusion. The content calendar and AI suggestions saved me hours every week. Since then I actually enjoy creating again because the organization part runs quietly in the background.
