What are strange thing you eat togeather??
I love plain potato chips on hot dogs.
Sweet & sour sauce on pizza crust
Offline
Those sound good! I used to love potato chips in my sandwiches so I totally get the hot dog thing.

My husband melts cheddar cheese on apple pie- he swears it's awesome, but I won't try it because I hate apple pie
Offline
I love old cheddar with apple pie, not sure about melted though!
Offline

I know lots of people who do the sharp cheddar/apple pie thing. Never realized it could be considered weird, but... Wisconsin. 🤷♀️ The Meat Market by my parent's house also makes brats with cheddar and blueberries. Unreal.
What about grilled cheese sandwiches with ketchup? I love it, but have heard other people express mixed feelings on it.

love grilled cheese with ketchup! I think its just as controversial as eggs & ketchup. Some people swear by it, others are horrified. Im a fan of it with both.

I'm not all about the ketchup, but I do put Tapatio Hot Sauce between my layers of cheese in a grilled cheese sandwich. I don't think it's weird but it is delicious!
I don't know if I like anything super weird. Chips on sandwiches is pretty common, I think. I like to drizzle honey on my baked steak fries...that might be a little weird. idk

Honey on fries is good! When I was a kid I dipped my fast food chicken nuggets in honey, and started doing the same with fries.

Who doesn't eat ketchup with grilled cheese?????
I did waitress in high school and a table got grilled cheese and French toast. She put the syrup on her grilled cheese and he ate syrup with his grilled cheese. So odd....but perfect couple lol
I got made fun of the other day for dipping fries in mayo. So good!
And can see the honey on fries being good! I love sweet & sour sauce & ketchup with fries, and when out for breakfast I always get hashbrowns & French toast. I like the sweet & salty togeather!

Ooh, fries in honey sounds tastyyyy.
If you like pickles, you should try fries with tartar sauce! It's like fries and mayo... and pickles. Totally one of my fat-kid foods that I always had to hide from my coworkers.

Lots of trigger memories here!
1. Cottage cheese with Thousand Island dressing, crumbled saltines, sunflower seeds and raisins
2. Spaghetti sandwiches with white bread and mayo
3. Fries dipped in a mix of tartar sauce and ketchup.
4. French toast with butter, powdered sugar and clear (Karo) syrup (don’t wanna know the calories in that!)
I’m sure I have many more...I’m a super weird eater. I’ll also always take the straight up hot Krispy Kreme too!!

Here in St. Louis we are known for provel cheese. It's basically a white processed cheese. Sounds gross but is so delicious. We put it on pizzas, sandwiches, salads etc. Andy Cohen talks about it a lot.

I hate milk so I dunk my oreos in water.
Lol as a super picky eater and person who has serious OCD over my foods "not touching eachother" on the plate, all of these combos sound horrifying!
