He is the best!!! I met him 10 years ago at Fashion Week (I had a friend who who had a connection and made my dream come true!) and he was THE NICEST and MOST SINCERE cool guy ever. I asked him if I could take a picture with him and he looked at me with his beautiful eyes and said "absolutely!" My friend worked near him all week and said he was just the nicest coolest guy ever--super down to earth and as funny as he always is!

What did everyone think of the Robert Verdi segment today? I was a little confused about the segment (was half listening when the segment was introduces) and had a hard time grasping why he was getting the segment, the topics were random. BUT it was nice to hear him again. And they talked about REAL stuff, hence, the segment name, Real Talk. He talked about him not being able to get jobs, I was screaming, well then show up to your commitments!! But anyway, he's fun and think the segment could be pretty fun!

I agree it was random, but so REAL and that's why I love Robert Verdi. His rant on Kim Kardashian's comment on "working hard" on her app was the best.
The show is back on track for me- segments last week were so funny and back to more laugh-out loud moments. Wedding dresses for dead babies. Still laughing (don't google it though, so sad).

I can't get enough of Robert Verdi. He's so damn smart, funny and perceptive. I hope he makes it in next week! ha,ha

I'm torn about him. But I'll give him a few chances to get the segment ironed out. Providing he shows. I'm done If he no-shows 1 more time,

I usually really like him, had to turn it off today. He screamed his whole segment

Can his mom have her own segment lmao!! She's funny.

I love when he called his mom! I also love his reenactment of her!! Reminded me of Patrick when he had his mom on or when he mimicked her.....Patrick wins but Roberts mom is a close second.
Offline
Speaking of Patrick...can we please discuss the fact that he now has a MAN-BUN?!?!? 5 years ago he would have totally hated on guys who wore them!!
Omg for some reason I love man buns. I think he's so hot with it!

How many times has Taylor asked Robert if he watches Vanderpump Rules? Seriously stop. He doesn't and he definitely doesn't care that she's friends with Stassi.

IT was the best! do you remember when his mom couldn't say Channing Tatum, so hilarious.

Ugg the "Man Bun" is so played out! He's still hot but buns got to go.

OMG. Patrick's show was the best! I miss it so much! He is hilarious, and his mom being obsessed with Kohls was too funny! Even when Patrick had his bad days, like when he locked himself out of his apartment in underwear, he always managed to make us laugh.

I felt that Robert Verdi did a really good interview with Norma Kamali (sorry if that's wrong) he actually asked good questions.

I was listening to Monday's (?) show with Robert today (yes, I'm way behind!) and I was seriously laughing out loud in my car! I mean the kind where you look around to see if other people were looking too...and I think I might be using "Ill-annoy" (Illinois) in the future with some of my relatives!!! I just love that guy!!! (Oh wait....and when he was talking about the Real Housewives of Potomac?? The one with her wig on sideways...married to the black Bill Gates?? Dying, I tell you!!!! I was dying!!)

I agree. I thought the premise of Norma's book sounded interesting, but the suggestions did not sound very practical, and I really appreciated how Robert tried to make it more applicable to the everyday person who may not have the time or resources that Norma does.
I actually have a background in health behavior change, and one of the biggest issues we face in our society is the fact that we are so all or nothing, and it leads to temporary changes that aren't long lasting. I love how the millennials seem to be focused on holistic health and welcoming Eastern medicine, but our lifestyles have a long way to go until we can realistically put all of the philosophies into practice. It was great to have the interview focus on how the everday person can apply it to life (even though I am not so sure Norma caught on to this).

I agree 100%!!! Taylor would have never asked for the average person like Robert did. I agree that the all or nothing attitude is an issue, I deal with it all the time.

Word. That is how I got into doing what I do.
I wish they would bring back Brains over Body. I really loved that segment and felt like it was encouraging for everyone to make sustainable, realistic changes in order to be healthier.

I don't know that segment but it sounds positive.

Hi everyone, I'm new to the board (but kind of stalked it for a while). I wanted to join in and say how much I love when Robert Verdi is on the show. I find it strange that on the "official" forum, people complain about not liking him and that he is too negative. I think he is hilarious and enjoy that he actually gets a word in over Taylor.
Offline
I wish he was a permanent co-host!
Offline
Not me! He is just too much. Remember when Taylor complained about being poor, then went to like costa rica or whatever, and everyone was like i don't want to hear about how you can't pay your cable bill but go on vaca, Robert does the same thing, but way fucking worse, because he has a best selling handbag and he was on a private yatch off the Greek Island. You're not poor. Just stop. also, if he was a co-host Kenny would never be able to get a word out with all the yelling between Robert and Taylor. I can only take one cup of espresso in the morning.
