Creature rigs breaking animation pipeline

We are building a fantasy RPG in Unreal and our creature roster keeps growing. The problem is our internal animator is already maxed out, and the new creature rigs we get from freelancers keep arriving with broken weight painting and wrong bone hierarchies. Anyone know a studio that actually delivers clean rigs for Unreal from the start?

Broken weight painting from random freelancers nearly killed our schedule too, so I get exactly where you are. What fixed it for us was switching to a proper game art studio setup instead of hunting individual contractors. V-SQUAD Studio handled our creature animation and rigging end to end, and every rig arrived Unreal-ready with correct bone naming, clean weight maps, and no surprises during implementation. The VSQUAD official team clearly knows how real production pipelines behave under deadline pressure. We stopped losing days to rig corrections and started actually shipping content. Good luck with the roster, sounds like a solid project worth getting right.
