Still not a Liz fan. I don’t enjoy listening to her topics/convos. Glad she’s just one hour, so I just skip her. I appreciate that she engages with listeners and confronts trolls in the Nation group.
Totally agree - she is good to the listeners for sure! There is one person in Nation that she's buddied up with that drives me a little bonkers but it's nice that she cares enough to engage.

Same, its just awkward when the whole page is filled with it. I think her stories are super boring, Taylor goes on about all her inside scoop, but its not anything relevant so I don't understand the interest?

I'm curious who she's buddied up with?

The one that keeps sharing all the news posts and having conversations with herself in her posts when no one else comments.

Had to come back to say I’m eating my words on Liz. On today’s show, she called out a listener from the Nation page and went hard on how much she doesn’t like said person because said listener’s well intentioned advice to another listener. It was so uncalled for on Liz’s end and for that reason, I’m out on Liz. She’s moved from what I thought was joking trolling go full on mean girling.

What?!?! I haven't listened in weeks, I need to find it!!! Did the poster say anything??

Oh Gawd. I hope it wasn't about me, I'll have to suffer through and listen. I commented on a post asking for advice and I gave my two cents but it was not well received apparently.

The one that keeps sharing all the news posts and having conversations with herself in her posts when no one else comments.
The one that is constantly virtue signaling. The one that acts cute and innocent when someone calls her out. The one that has nothing better to do with her time than "educate" the group.

I have no idea who this is, but I’m determined to figure it out 😂 I have a few people blocked so I might not be seeing his/her posts.

She's a newish listener, and definitely has a lot of opinions. She likes to start "threads" about topics that tangentially come up on the show.

Oh, I got it now! I haven’t noticed her kissing Liz’s ass the way other listeners do.
I think her posts are informative to a lot of the listeners who live in bubbles, and people keep encouraging it so I understand why she continues. I think her perspective as a newer listener is optimistic about Taylor actually doing the work to unlearn her privilege, but I’ve listened to Taylor too long to believe she can/wants to change.

She kisses Liz's ass the most... Not saying her posts are bad or no informative BUT it's just too virtuous for me to appreciate it. It doesn't feel like it comes from a place to educate, but rather to shame and brag that she knows big words.

If it’s who I think you’re talking about, I can’t stand this listener in nation. She literally showed up out of no where and now inserts herself into every “conversation” and makes it some preachy, judgemental Dissertation on how white people don’t understand the true meaning of said topic. Like gurl, calm down. I just asked what stage of opening NYC is in.
AND to be clear, I would have the exact same opinion no matter what race she was.

She’s far less invasive and more likable in the other group.

Agree, that group is much more chill then nation and I think she knows people won't fawn all over her. They're just there to have fun, not learn lol

That group is far more chill, I think knows people are just there having fun and not wanting to be schooled. She's tried a few times and there weren't any comments.

Oops....page froze and then I double posted lol

The non-TSN group is more open to conversation and controversial topics. I believe I’ve seen a few “threads” there too. But they don’t get as argumentative or blaming as in TSN.
There is another listener in both groups (she has been around a long time) who I find much more invasive and abrasive. She also leaves similar topics as a post but then name calls people who don’t agree, and seems a bit hot headed.
Offline
Oh, more hints please. I agree about the other poster. Not everything has to be so heavy, and a teachable moment. It gets annoying.
Offline
There’s a few listeners in both groups who have showed their racism but get upset and hurt when called out on it. Two of them in particular are extremely problematic. You will find them criticizing and instigating fights on anything involving praise of Black celebrities or Black-centered topics. There’s also the crazy conspiracy lady. She’s been quiet for a while but I bet she’s the one who sent TS the post about Beyoncé being a part of t he Illuminati elite. 😂
Offline
Oh yes! Crazy Conspiracy Lady 😂...she’s in both groups but saves the conspiracies for TSN.
A few of the others’ names come to mind immediately. I blocked one recently because I was tired of seeing her hate popping up in my feed.
Listening to the show today, Taylor stereotyped the Latinx population (who she just learned this term today from Daryn) as “Aren’t latinx people known to be late?” I cringed so hard. I’m not going to call out a person for learning this term today, but I am going to call out someone for saying they are doing work to learn about other races and cultures then jumping right into a stereotype.

I stand corrected. She’s insufferable in both groups.

She literally posted
“I’ll Venmo you $5 for every screen You can find of me Lecturing someone in this group“ 🙄🙄🙄🙄
I think she’s serious.

Not too serious, now she's just blocking everyone lol

I regret my post. I feel like we're not allowed to criticize M for fear of appearing racist, and that is ridiculous.

woooow. I have ignored the groups for a few days now (because of her actually). She's ruined it for me. I feel like you can't comment on anything without being attacked (not just for race related issues, but for literally anything).

Yes! She's one of those people who you need to walk on eggshells around. She left little effers last night.

I’m glad you posted it! It was on point, M’s story was gross. Anyway the whole point of that group is having the ability to post freely without fear of getting booted. And it worked itself out in the end, she left willingly. I call that a win-win.

Why did she leave? I saw she was blocking a bunch of people! She also ran right over to Nation and started lecturing people there lol

Thanks girl. I'm just not a confrontational person, and I feel like I started a bit of a shit storm, so I was feeling bethos.
But the majority agreed with me, so clearly I wasn't alone.
