Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

However, sometimes it seems that the steps are updated too rarely, I would like more frequent updates and automatic recommendations on nutrition for specific workouts.

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

Previously, physical exercise was something for later for me. With MadMuscles, I began to plan my days so that I could do it between meetings and child care. Progress is not in ideal numbers, but in habit: at least three workouts a week, regular diaries, and recovery after difficult weeks. I feel more energy in the morning and recover easier after shifts in the office.

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

Hi everyone! I'm curious to know how long you've been doing the MadMuscles program. I'm in my third month, and I've noticed that after the initial rapid results, my progress seems to have slowed. Is this okay? How long has it been for everyone else, and what changes have you seen in your body, weight, and overall well-being? Share your experiences!

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

Bro, I'm having the same issue! The first month was fantastic, my muscles grew by leaps and bounds. I'm in my fifth month now, and there's progress, but it's not as explosive.

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

Hey guys and girls! I've been with MadMuscles for a year now. The first three months were the best – I gained muscle, started fitting into my clothes, and was bursting with energy. Then, yes, my progress slowed a bit, but that's normal!

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

If you think your muscles will grow on their own, you're wrong. You need to work like a horse! Increase your weights, watch your diet, and sleep properly. Then you'll see results. Whining about your progress slowing is for weaklings.

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

My results are still small, but I already feel better than before – more energy, less fatigue. I'll try to keep going and hope for long-term progress. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

Has anyone compared sport in MadMuscles to Fitbod? I used Fitbod before – it seemed okay, but I quickly got bored. MadMuscles is somehow more interesting, although simpler. Has anyone tried Fitbod – what did you compare it to? Which did you like better?

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

WoW Classic brings back the sense of camaraderie and nostalgia that modern games often lack. The shared experiences and struggles create bonds that are hard to find elsewhere. But what if the very essence of this community is at risk? Are we becoming too reliant on nostalgia, and could that lead to a stagnation of creativity in gaming?

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

Bro, I've been using Fitbod for a couple of months. It's great, it automatically selects weights and changes workouts based on your progress. But I agree, it gets a bit boring. I picked MadMuscles for the promised "gamification." It's fun so far, the challenges are motivating. But if you're serious about progress, Fitbod is better in terms of data analysis and workout adaptation, in my opinion. MadMuscles is more for those who just want to get in shape and not worry too much.

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

Ohh 😊, I just switched from MadMuscles to Fitbod! I hated how everything on MadMuscles was so... simplified, I guess. The pictures were cartoonish, and the exercises were explained so rudimentary. 🤷‍♀️. But on Fitbod, everything is clear, the workout program is laid out properly, and progress is tracked. Sure, it might not be as "gamey" as on MadMuscles, but at least I can see that my muscles are actually growing!💪

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

I've got a question: I'm a vegan and I'm also trying intermittent fasting. Has anyone tried customizing the app to suit their eating habits? Is it actually possible to tweak it to accommodate my specific needs?

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

Well, it depends... There are no built-in settings for "vegan intermittent fasting," of course. But! There are workarounds. For example, you can add your own meals to the calorie and macro database, mark them as "favorites," and use them for planning.

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

I think if you have any serious restrictions, it's best not to rely on these generic apps at all! They're usually designed for the average person. It's better to consult a nutritionist; they can create a personalized plan for you. Otherwise, they'll just give you advice...

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

Plus, you can use the notes section to remind yourself of meal times, if that's critical to your intermittent fasting. In short, it's a bit of a hassle, but it's manageable. I use it and it works just fine...

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

Good morning, everyone! I just signed up for a subscription, but I'm a little confused by the pricing options. What did you choose? How many months is the best deal? And is it easy to cancel if you don't like it? Please share your experiences!

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

Bro, I was nervous at first too. But then I read the terms and conditions carefully. I completed the form, and everything was clear.

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

Guys, the subscription is a must-have! I was hesitant at first, but now I don't regret it. It opens up so many possibilities! You can customize your workouts and choose your intensity level. I'm like an energizer now! So I highly recommend it, you won't regret it!

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

I tried the free trial first. 7 days of calisthenics was fantastic! I was so hooked that I immediately signed up for a monthly subscription. I'm enjoying it so far, but we'll see what happens next. But for now, I definitely recommend it!

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

Honestly, I don't even understand what you're arguing about. I had no problems with my subscription. Everything is simple and clear. Maybe you're being attacked by some bots? Because I read reviews online – everything's fine.

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

I have an interesting topic. I'm struggling with this: how do I start exercising regularly? I'm motivated and know I should, but I keep making excuses. How do you motivate yourself to exercise with MadMuscles? Do you have any life hacks to keep me going?

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

Oh, my friend, "motivation exists"... It's like a diet with cakes. 😉 The main thing isn't "motivation," but getting your body to the gym! MadMuscles is pretty good at this. Set micro-goals. Like, "I did 10 push-ups today - well done!" And here's a life hack: find yourself a training partner so you'll be embarrassed to make excuses later. Or imagine what you'll look like in a year if you keep trying to "motivate" yourself from the couch. 😜

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

Hi! I'm really enjoying the MadMuscles challenges. They have all sorts of short programs, like "30 Days of Abs." They take little time, but you can see the results, and it gets you excited 👍

Re: Is MadMuscles legit or another scammy app?

Damn, I'm the same way, always starting and then quitting! The hardest part is the first two weeks, then you kind of get into the swing of things. MadMuscles notifications save me; they're like, "Hey, what are you doing lying around? Go work out!" But still, sometimes I'm so lazy...
