Hey all, I took a break from studying English for about a year. Now that I’m back, I feel like I’ve forgotten half of what I knew! Words I used to use daily are just gone. I don’t want to start from scratch, but I definitely need a structured way to review and rebuild. Any tips for getting back on track without overwhelming myself? I’m worried that if I just dive into grammar and vocab lists, I’ll burn out again.

Been there, trust me. Coming back after a long break can feel like climbing a mountain. What helped me was using it let me ease back into learning without the pressure. It focuses on vocabulary through repetition and progress tracking, but it doesn’t shove everything at you at once. I started small, maybe 10–15 minutes a day, and it worked wonders. It’s also motivating to see your word mastery go up again over time.

That’s super encouraging! Thanks for sharing your experience — I’ll start with short sessions like you said.
