Business under threat from former partners
I started a tech company in Ukraine five years ago, but recently moved to Czech Republic and expanded operations here too. Now I'm getting threatening letters from former business partners claiming ownership stakes in my Ukrainian company. I am terrified they will seize my European assets too since they are connected to the business. What legal steps should I take immediately?
