I had a similar situation: they wrote off money for a subscription, but the access button to plans was not activated in the profile. I wrote to the support chat through the application, attached a screenshot of the payment and the receipt number from the store. They responded within 24 hours and manually activated the subscription - they simply updated the status on their side.
