What is a useful service for taking notes for work?

I'm looking for a convenient service for taking notes at work - what do you recommend? I need something with synchronization between phone and computer, the ability to sort and quick search. Preferably free or with an inexpensive subscription. What services do you use and what pros/cons do they have?

One of the best options for working notes is Notion. It's free (with basic functionality), supports synchronization between devices, and lets you not just write text, but also create spreadsheets, to-do lists, databases, and even entire wiki pages for projects.

If you need a simpler option, try Google Keep (super fast, with colored tags and voice notes, but less structure) or Evernote (powerful search for documents and scans, but free version with limitations). For teamwork, ClickUp is good - it has both notes and tasks in one place. And there is also this ai notes taker https://www.voiset.io/smart-notes
