Hey guys, can someone recommend a dependable method or device for crack depth measurement on concrete floors? I’ve been inspecting a warehouse where the cracks look shallow at first glance, but I suspect they run much deeper. I’m worried about safety risks, so I want to make sure I measure the crack depth properly with a tool that doesn’t give large deviations. Has anyone here used a crack depth meter that provides stable readings even when the crack edges are uneven?

If you need consistent readings, take a look at this device:
We used it during an inspection of large factory floors, and it handled uneven surfaces surprisingly well. It works as a precise crack depth gauge and doesn’t require much training. The measurements were steady, and the interface is intuitive. It’s definitely worth considering if safety assessment is your priority.
