I haven't heard her recap yet because I am still catching up on the show. But from what you've shared sounds harsh. She sounds like a regular viewer, not one that watches so differently and better than other people (as she claims) and one who does not have a national radio show, on which she could interview these people. Maybe if she would've done an in depth detailed recap on it she could've drawn attention to the show and get some of them as guests.

I was excited for her quickie snack blog! I don't usually read the fashion or gift guide ones, but do a lot of entertaining so thought this would be great! It was just a recipe for vodka/soda & cut up cucumbers with salt? Is it not all loading for me?

Isn't T's announcement about dating a women the perfect topic for a blog? Something meaningful instead of another gift guide. She could answer a lot of the questions that people have.

I agree. It's so well done. Even though WUWT was on this week, I missed Jenny's show. I prefer that to Wake Up lately even with all of the news, etc. The whole show is actually involved and fun.

It really is addicting. She, Michelle and David are so different but it works. I like it when they pick on him. He's such a trooper. I wish Wake Up would get a third person, I think it would help the show a lot. I also like best friends Fridays. Those girls are hysterical. Are they her neighbors from Jersey? I'm trying to figure that out.

I think they are friends she grew up with in Chicago. They are hysterical, I would so love to hang out with them!

I say sometime this month. I think the show comes up for renewal in October every year. I could be wrong but they moved to Stars three years ago this month and CWP ended that month. And I dont think there will be much notice for the listeners, like when Kenny left.

His show stopped at the same time taylor moved from cosmo radio to stars. Basically, cosmo radio ended and only Taylor kept her show. I think there were a few days notice for his show. Also...JM show started in October 2014. So I'm guessing this is the time of year they decide who stays and who goes.

So just thinking out loud here, bear with me!

With Kenny moving, if he did the show remotely, they would have had to redo his contract I assume. Wasn't worth it because the higher ups knew the show only had a few months left, and they don't want to pay that out. Offering him $40 a show they knew he would turn down, or they could afford to pay that out when the show got cancelled.

Reason there doesn't seem to be any rush to hire a new co-host, same reason as above. It was clear before they announced it that Kenny was leaving (hadn't Chelsea already been at her new job 3 weeks when he left?). This had been in the works for awhile, seems Kenny gave Sirius a chance to make him an offer, would have also given them a chance to have a co-host lined up. They didn't though, and its been very seat of my pants since.

Taylor seems to have given up on everything to promote the show. There is zero reason to stop the shows IG, it isn't like hers is so spectacular they are competing. No reason to keep working it though if the show is almost over. Same with Facebook & the website.

She said she had been at a meeting at MTV (asked about being on girls) that really only makes sense if it were an interview. Why else would she have a meeting there? That's not who she is pitching her show to I don't think? And even if it was, would you go into pitch one show, and ask to be on another? Already seems like you think yours isn't going to work.

The October renewal thing makes sense as Opie radio just changed up their line up today.

I think Radio in the City is a pipe dream. It would have worked years ago when Taylor was rich and Nicole wasn't a mother. Taylor is just not interesting enough for a reality show, IMO. However, I would have watched it back in the day if it involved all the drama with Brett's family!
I have no idea what Taylor will do if the show gets cancelled.

What will we talk about????? I waste so much down time at work here! I'm already on a hair board, I don't have kids or do much cooking for anything like that. We need some topics!!!!!

Haha me too- there's a Facebook group called chat tastic chatter. I don't know how to describe it other than its a bunch of women (don't know eachother IRL) asking the group for advice/opinions on stuff. Sort of like Jerry Springer meets Dear Abby meets Nuts or Not. Sometimes shit gets cray because of all the opinions. It's ENDLESSLY entertaining and would provide plenty of fodder for this page. I think it's a secret group but I can add anyone whose interested (I think).
