All of these theme weeks got me thinking, after 11(?) ish years on the radio and with all the changes recently they should really do a fan appreciation week. I've only listened for about 4-5 years but I think many of you long time listeners would have some great ideas for this. Examples a combo of the fans and fan favorites: Hug Kiss!, Crystal Clear Christine, and all the other listeners that could write in potential topics to be chosen to be on air live or pre-recorded! Plus all the other non "fans" but usual Wake Up guests of the last 10 years, Sean Kilby, Sam Roberts, Stassi, maybe this Victoria person I hear so much about!, Dr Wider obvi!, pre record something with Patrick! I know him living in CA has been an issue on having him on recently but they pre record celeb interviews all the time!

Just from interacting with all you guys I know the fan base is diverse, 20,30,40,50+yrs old listen, singles, divorced, remarried! There is a broad range to tap into! I mean they had me on for a few minutes talking about my cancer journey and I'd love to hear about all your life journeys or whatever your passion is!

Maybe this is an better idea for when they fill the open co-host spot so everyone can catch up and reminisce in one week and get caught up but I think this could also work as a stand alone! Anyone else?
