He called her out for being whiny. It was great!! He said she needed to carry a tiny violin with her since she's always complaining!! She basically said "I'm self-deprecating." That's not what he was referring to. He was talking about her always saying how tired she is, etc.

I honestly don't know which of them has the bigger ego. I actually don't like him at all...I used to be in his industry and he treats his employees like crap and cannot tolerate differences in opinion. However I loved how he called her out. And I would've defended her a few years ago over him but lately I find it hard to do so.
