Taylor Strecker Show & Kenny Zimlingshow Fans » Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

How is it that some of the shows (Jenny M, all the Radio Andy shows, Howard) can have a label on the radio with who they're speaking to or what the subject is and this show can't even let us know who is on for the whole 3 hours? I honestly think they've been thrown to the wolves of Sirius. Where's Katie?

The show types it in (if you listen to Jenny, hers always has funny stuff between David & Michelle). I always assumed the producer did it, but Taylor said the other day she does all the sounds, lead ins, etc, so maybe that's something she should be doing?

I think that would be a job for Katie or the intern. Taylor can't do everything. Seems like someone else could help out a little.

Ugh...just started listening. I can't stand KKB. She is so delusional and just does not make sense at all. And she is so, so full of herself.

Taylor has always run the board. As far as I can tell, katie needs to be a better producer. She should be on top of the fb page and giving the show more structure.

My thoughts exactly! I would think the FB stuff would be part of her job. I thought Steph was super annoying but she was always really good about that kind of stuff.

I often don't know the cohost's or guest's name. I like to look at their Instagram and get a visual as I'm listening to the show, or even google them if I'm curious. Often I'm left wondering.. Katie should make that her responsibility.

I thought the FB page was superstar-social-media-guru Matts job? Still can't figure out why he's sitting around the studio every damn day...he could at least update FB and Insta. Not to put him on the spot since it's confirmed he's not getting paid to be there, but the show is boring AF these days, you'd think he'd want something to do to pass the time...

Agree! Don't know why he's there every day and since he is, he could at least make himself useful. It's like he's a driver just waiting around to take her to and from wherever. That said, Katie should definitely be doing something as well with the social media, live tweeting, etc. Matt is there for Taylor. Katie is there for the show. IMO, Matt should be handling taking pictures, videos, snaps, etc. for Taylor to post on her personal pages and Katue should be handling the show. And maybe I'm in the minority here, but I never get on twitter (unless it's to hear old shows) so if they're tweeting, I would have no idea.

When was it confirmed that he's not being paid? When Taylor answered the question on periscope, she said that he was paid.

I think he's getting paid a manager fee from Tay. He's not being paid to do anything at the show. He just does not need to be there. At least not every day. I guess he's just waiting on her to get done? I don't know. Seems like he could be doing something.

She was so pissy and defensive about the question on Periscope, I took that as absolute confirmation lol. Also, we read his bio somewhere that basically said he bankrolled his clients, which, as far as I can tell, is only Taylor. I can't even tell what he could get paid a manager fee from, there's a link on here somewhere that lists profits from her "blog" as like $400. Total.

I haven't gotten there yet but nothing surprises me anymore. She puts herself on the same level as the Real Housewives of NY, the Kardashians, every flipping host that comes in...you name it. She feels entitled to be their best friend, in their inner circle, and oh wait, whatever they are doing...she can do it too!!! (Of course, she wants to do it from her bed...mind you!)

Ugh yeah- and when she said "Amber Rose is getting paid $8M- I don't know why". Umm newsflash Tay, pepole aren't listening to you for your intellectual banter and profound observations either. Amber has been hustling for years- she got a break when she dated Kanye, but after that ended she had no platform and she somehow has managed to get 12M followers. Her work ethic trumps Taylor's college education every day of the week.

The cohost swapping is getting old. The format of the show is way too different than it used to be and it's not working anymore! Why would they think this is a good idea, rather than finding a permanent replacement for Kenny?

I think it's on its way out and they don't want to sign a new contract.

ETA ~ The only way I see that not happening, is if they already have a new co-host but they are tied up with another show right now.

I'm usually down on everything but I like the show with certain cohosts. I like KKb and Megan colorassi. Taylor actually has topics and sticks to them. Yes she tells all of the same
Stories but at least they are more relevant topics and she sticks with it for the whole segment.

I don't watch housewives but I'm really into KKb now. She had a lot to say and a lot of experience with other stuff and she does social media well! Imagine that Taylor!What if she was the new perm cohost? Taylor wouldn't be able to handle I don't think.

The show isn't that bad right now to me but the changing cohosts is frustrating. They should ha move like 4 or 5 that come in the all the time. Maybe that's where they are heading.

I think they are determining 4-5 cohosts to come in weekly and I do like most of them. My problem with KKB is she lives in an alternate universe. I'm an admitted housewives addict and almost everything she says about her show or her experience is either blatantly not true or flipped to make herself look better/cooler/smarter. I also can't stand her constant name dropping especially when it does not make sense within the context of what they are talking about.
I like Rob a lot, whoever was on today (Lori?) and Megan. I think if they could bring in a straight man and maybe Wider that would be a good mix.

I loved Kelly Cutrone too but I can't see her taking the time out of her schedule to come in on the reg. I also like RV but he can't even manage to make it in for his one hour, once a week spot consistently.

I think Taylor would love to have kkb as the permanent cohost. She loves her. Taylors probably the one who suggested kkb because it seems random that Sirius execs would think of her otherwise since she doesn't do radio and isn't some kind of host in another capacity.

I know this is old, but a few days ago Taylor talked about a female that invited Taylor for drinks (and included T2). Taylor feels insecure around this woman and was afraid the woman would like T2 and T2 would like her so Taylor said no to drinks and made up an excuse. Anyone else curious who that was???

I was guessing the female cohost that just broke up her relationship with another female recently. This cohost had always dated men then unexpectedly fell for a woman, like Taylor. I can't remember what her name was? I'm wondering if she is super attractive (causing Taylor's insecurity)?
