Who is on today? I just tuned in at 9:00 and I haven't heard her name, but I really like her so far.
I only listened to the first few minutes, but I think she said someone from MadDog Radio was coming in.

Emma Wilhelm. She's also a stand up.

E News gave a shout out to WUWT tonight when discussing the countess

I know it's not welcome here to like the show, but I'll say it anyway, I really enjoyed Emma as cohost today. I also enjoyed today's show overall, funny, fun, great callers, and Taylor seemed more happy and funny. (The only part I didn't like was toof talk… I'll never get why that's a regular segment).

So did radar again. It's welcome to like the show. I haven't listened too much lately, well since Kenny left actually before. But I've listened the most I have in awhile this week and the hr with same was great and Luann on was good too. I'm planning to go back to listen to when Andy was on. Haven't had a chance.

Knt it's great that you like the show. I think most people don't seek out websites or comment boards on something they love. She still has a lot of people call in saying how much they love the show. I've found I just don't like Taylor anymore which makes me sad because I used to love her. But today with Rob on I love listening because I love him and think he makes the show. In my opinion when he's on Taylor takes a backseat. And I'm sure others completely disagree. But when I find him on or occasionally someone else it makes it worth it to listen for me.
My point being a lot of people here may not like the show but there's nothing wrong for a difference of opinion because there are certainly times when others like it too.

Taylor infuriates me at times(and I used to have nothing but love for her), but I still listen to the entire show every day, and I enjoy many of the co hosts, but I do think they need to find someone permanent so the repeating stories cease.

Loving today's show! I really hope they are looking at Rob as a co-host.

Rob is fantastic. I'd be happy with him, but I loved Luann as well and even Emma from yesterday.

I think going back to three people would be great, maybe a single woman as the third? Seems Sirius maybe can't afford that, but I think it would make a better show.
It's crazy that shows like Jennys & DrLauras have two producers, but other shows can't afford a second or third host.

All opinions are definitely welcome here! I think where it crosses a line for some of us is when the comments take tone of shaming those of us with less-than-positive opinions. I've had plenty, both good and bad, to say about the show on this board. I really enjoy Rob and Robert Verdi, and Dr. Wider. I like when they have the housewives on because I'm a total junkie for those shows. But Taylor has really gotten to be pretty insufferable lately. Regarding this board, she should A) be glad that anyone gives enough of a sh*t about her to post here, and B) remember the Golden Rule - treat others how you would like to be treated. Nothing said on this board is any worse than the things she says about people on her show. She is in the public eye just like the celebs she picks apart, and has aspirations to be even more famous so she is fair game. And, she's just as guilty as us for picking out the negative - she's given us "pink trolls" tons of shout-outs on the air, but how often does she say "thank you to all my lovely fans who comment on my blog/IG post/etc."? Never.

I second that in saying I love the show and would rather have it on the air than off. that being said, there are certain segments I don't like so much but Tay can't "taylor" (get it) the show to meet MY or any one person or group's liking. so I simply change channels or turn on mash-up or some hip hop or listen to some stuff I've recorded. i think Tay is more sensitive than she comes across. she's talked about crying in her bathtub. She is not the same as she was before but that's a good thing. because before when it seemed so many people loved her and the glimpses of her life she shared, she was miserable and dying inside. she's in a much better place now. and while her on-air persona might feel put-off-ish, a weight has been lifted off her and she's loving and living the moment while she continues to grow and find her way and she seems to have some good peeps around her, esp Tay-2. and for anyone (and I'm not calling anyone out here) who feels she's trying to attain wealth with little effort, i'm doing the same thing every time i buy a $10.00 scratch ticket or give a co-worker (a very trusted one, mind you) $100.00 to play at the casino on my behalf. i love you all though i know we'll never fully agree with each other. I'm behind in the show because I've been taping msnbc but i cant wait to hear the past 2 days.

Listen, we all love (or did at one time) the show - why else would we take the time to comment? The thing is, I WANT the show to be better so that I go back to listening (and paying godknowshowmuchmoney for my Sirius subscription). I find Taylor to be incredibly compelling, she's witty and fun and wild in the best ways possible. But the show is poorly run, repetitive and there seems to little, if any, effort put into making it better. That's why I'm so frustrated with the show, it's nothing personal with Taylor.
The premise of the original show was young girl in the city, living her fun life and we all got to listen along. Of course, she (and we as an audience) change through the years and she can't rely on that formula anymore. Along the way, she should have honed her skills, become a professional broadcaster that markets herself and her show, finds sponsors and creates some interesting content and a solid name for herself. It's been 12 years! Why is she still "winging" it on a daily basis and not bringing much to the table? She's surrounded by lots of professionals - do what we all do, find a mentor and hustle your buns off to a) impress your bosses b) work your way up and c) build a solid reputation for yourself. ARRGH, it's so frustrating! (sorry, had to vent!).
I think the saddest thing is the squandering of a great opportunity, for her and for us as listeners. I think we deserve more effort and that's why I've stopped listening. Not because of Taylor or whatever's going on in her personal life.

I would also like to say I think this group of ladies is fantastic at being able to respectfully disagree. A quality that seems very uncommon these days watching the behavior of people around politics. 😑

Haha sorry! But I didn't really say anything about politics, just that it makes people act like dicks. 😛

Ugh, Taylor is sooooo freaking lame and hypocritical. She's all up in arms about some article talking about HRC not being able to lead d/t her period...SHE LITERALLY MADE THE EXACT SAME ARGUMENT DURING THE PRIMARIES. What the actual fuck??? Taylor is effing delusional.
*I will give her credit for actually bringing up (this time) that she is most likely post-menopausal.

OMG! She should listen to the professional stylist, Johnny, and update that hair!! They could Facebook-live it!
Yea sorry. It's time after 10 years to cut that hair. It's lifeless and limp. Get a lob, dye it a different color. Ugh boring.

I loved the comment about how his scissors would slip and oops, she'd have long bangs. Clearly her hair is a security blanket for her.

I think his idea for a lob would look fantastic

I can't believe how little Wake Up / Taylor / Matt etc... utilize social media!! It is insane. No one ever posts anymore or it is extremely rare. I just don't get it. It is free advertising, free publicity. I would love for Sam to be her co-host but i doubt that'll happen. He just got a different show.

I know that I'm in the minority, but I am not a fan of Sam. I find him way too obnoxious. I can't handle listening to conflict for 3 hrs straight. I like Rob and Luann, neither of whom just tells Tay what she wants to hear.
