Ummmm...hello....it's called early voting an any registered voter can do it. I voted yesterday and last time I checked, I am not a celeb!

New York does not have early voting.

That makes it a little better, but not much. Especially since talk about early voting numbers has been all over the news.

Re: Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

I can't believe NY doesn't do early voting! I also just found out Pennsylvania doesn't do it either.

New Topic: if you were TD, would you have a problem with how Taylor still speaks about Brett and how if they had moved away they could maybe of made it last?

Probably, but more than that I think I would have a problem with how often she brings up Brett/E sisters/"old life" in general. There is no way I would be ok with someone I'm dating talking about their ex that often. It's super weird to me how she never really talks about T2, but is still constantly talking about Brett stuff. She only briefly mentioned the Harvard/Princeton game last weekend- why not talk a little more about that? Or when they go to a bar to watch the Eagles games, are there no crazy fans or anything she could talk about? I get her wanting to be more private in her relationship with T2, but she coild still talk about the stuff they do together without making it about their actual relationship.

ever think the two of them have made the decision to limit their life.  maybeT2 doesn't care about it and would prefer the past talk to the present talk.  I think because of the way thinks are picked apart here, I'd be a little gun shy about throwing fresh blood red meat out into the ocean. idk. just my thoughts

I agree. Its been like 2 yrs and all we hear are stories about her life with the E's. And not even new stories, same ones we have all heard before.  Rarely do I  hear any stories that take place since her seperation/divorce. I totally understand her wanting to keep private details about their relationship from us but surely she must have stories and anecdotes from her vacations, weekends and general everyday life. They don't even have to be funny or super interesting, I just like to hear about her life. When her show was like that I rarely missed listening. I enjoyed hearing her talk about being at soul cycle, the boutique bitches, or about her Sat night plans. I know everyone has different opinions, but when her show was like that(pre-divorce), I listened alot more versus now when she is having a lot of random guests/interviews.

Re: Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

and maybe another unknown unknown is that Sirius might be calling some shots about the format, content, etc. for the show.  and also to me (and I don[t get to listen daily) but the references to her past life that i have heard do seem more fleeting and less meaty but are easily provoked if the discussion at the moment seems relevant.  like if a guest says "getting divorced is the worst," then that might trigger tay. if a guest talks about how expensive nyc is, she might reference how she used to be able to live/spend etc. who knows

I think there is a lot she can talk about without infringing on the relationship though. The bitching/making fun of Brett always made me really uncomfortable, I hope she never does that again.

Just discussing a movie they saw, where they ate, she's not a sportsy girl, discuss dating a person really into sports. I'm listening at most to the first hour anymore (my commute) and most days I couldn't tell you what they talked about, I just zone right out. Is she not super bored of talking about the same stuff all the time?

I guess the new boss telling her she needs to leave the house once a week may be a new segment? Hopefully something fun happens!

I don't disagree with this at all, I'm sure the radio and her constant talking about her relationship wasn't good for it and hurt it.  I mean how many reality starts actually stay married, I know she's not one, but anytime you air your dirty laundry in the public it causes problems.

I guess i'm thinking of the if we moved away we would still be together as her not fully healed from the divorce, I've never gone through anything like she has, I would just like to know TD's opinion because i'm noisy AF.

Ah, yes. The infamous wedding shoes. I guess she thinks she's akin to The Beatles and people will pay any price just to get a piece of Taylor Strecker.

I wonder if she still realizes the site is live and what would happen if someone made a purchase at this point.

pio,  good for you girl, at least u own your nosiness   someone else said they felt bad for Brett.  im with them, i felt super bad for B and it was that alone that made me know their days as a functional couple were numbered.
a man (women too) has to be able to hold his head up and I couldn't see how he could.  and maybe she isn't finished grieving, and maybe that has something to do with why we don't hear to many T&T stories.  and FKF:  I think there is a lot she can talk about without infringing on the relationship though.  I think that's gonna have to be something they, T and T, agree on.  because if Tay even one day says me and some of my friends ate at this amazing restaurant, lots would be wondering, why did she leave T2 out?  do you think there's trouble in paradise already? and a whole line of speculation that's gotta get old at some point. that's all I gotta say till the next time I say something. till then I'm  gonna keep listening, well between WU and New Day with sexy Chris.  bye  yall

Re: Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

I agree Durst. And during her announcement, she did promise to tell more stories. The only thing she has discussed really is how much she doesn't want to be away from T2, how jealous she is of her, and how they are going to be apart for Thanksgiving. I so wish she shared more. But I guess we can't make her. I imagine it would be fun though.

Re: Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

How jealous she is of her?! Sounds like a very healthy relationship!

My guess is T2 does not want her life shared. Understood. But her constant chatter about the E's allows her to keep this "lie" alive. Could it be that perhaps the marriage really ended because she is gay.

Re: Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

So Taylor tells a story of how she got into a "friends" car the other day and the car had a Trump bumper sticker on it. WTF Taylor.....We all know you got into Matt's car. You have said it a million times that he has a Trump bumber sticker on his car. Why is Matt now "your friend"? Embarassed that your manager drives you around. UPDATE....Listening to the show on restart. Taylor just admitted that the car was her manager's. Maybe your guest co-host doesn't know all about your phony, narcissistic, spoiled personality but your loyal fans do. Taylor doesn't even deserve her audience. She doesn't Periscope anymore b/c "people are mean." Maybe people say negative stuff about you b/c you bring it on yourself with how you act and things you say. Maybe its time to reevaluate your ways. I barely listen to the show anymore for a reason. Just happened to today b/c its a Thursday and Stern isn't live.

meep u r on it.  I'd believe that tay's leanings had a whole bunch to do with why she couldn't meld into an honest and dually meaningful marital relationship with B.  now put that against the back drop of the E family clan and their potentially oddities and idiosyncrasies, and that's a recipe for disaster. im gonna say a little more about grieving a relationship later but not now.  coffee calls.  but I do think tay is on the verge of bringing her grief to a meaningful and satisfying conclusion.

Not sure if it's the same in other states but in OH, you can just got to the board of elections website to see if you're registered and where you go to vote. I mean that would require like 5 minutes of concerted effort on her part, so I'm sure she wouldn't do such a thing...
