If she is registered- it's not at her current address. To get her zip just Google "Andre Balaz building Financal District". The building that comes up is her address. I would just post it here but last time I did that some people freaked out...not sure why because Taylor basically tells us where she lives and it's public info, not that hard to find.

when my dad passed away, our atty had to send out letters to heirs notifying them of the amount of money he had bequeathed each of them.  the atty asked if we wanted everyone to know what everyone else was getting and my brother and I said no.  the atty remarked that the info was a matter of public record.  my reply:  fine, then let anyone who was curious enough go through the trouble and effort of finding out should they want/need to know that badly.

Idk that there's a true average. Nyc stats often include all 5 boroughs. Having said that for 600 sq ft she could have an apt in a non luxury blg for less than what she pays. 3 bed/3 bath are another story and a whole different ball park. That would set you back min of 10k to who knows what for rent, and to buy  more than a few mill, i.e. Taylor's old apt was 2 bed 2.5 bath and prob around 3.5-4.5m.  I spend a lot of time on street easy.

I think they just moved. I saw a snapchat of Chelsea in their new house with boxes all around. I'm sure he's been busy with that and also with the work he has been doing on the house. 

Yes, Patrick definitely had an issue with Kenny for a period of time, and made not so subtle digs at him all the time on CWP. But they did get back on good terms eventually.

Towards the end of YB's stint on Cosmo Radio I was under the impression that he didn't really like Kenny. There was one show where he was talking about types of men he didn't respect/didn't like/was just complaining about, and while he was listing them off he included comedians and then quickly added, "Yeah, I know what I just said!"

Which is sad, because there was at least one time Patrick co-hosted WUWT with Kenny and it was awesome.
