I haven't been able to listen to the show lately, since I mostly work from home now and no longer have a long drive to work. I still regularly check this board. Why has it been so quiet? Is everyone else over listening too? Or, is there not much snark worthy going on?

I check in here once in awhile, haven't listened to the show since just after Halloween though.

I just don't find it interesting enough to really comment. Some days are good...like they talked about strippers yesterday and I really wanted to call in because I hated the way Taylor and Lori were talking about strippers (funny I know). But then I got over it and realized I didn't care enough. I listen to the show because I like mindless talk radio in the morning. It I really find nothing worth bringing up. Taylor is the same as always. Her now constant cohosts are entertaining so I like that.

I canceled my subscription. I sometimes listen through the twitter account but not daily anymore.
It's become boring; no new stories. I mean is her life just that boring or does she just want to be more private now? Also random question but is the reality show even a thing anymore?

Recently I've been out of the country for 3 weeks and I didn't listen at all...and the break was really great. I didn't miss it at all and when I left, I was at the 'fed up with dump on Trump 10x per hour' that the show had become (I wasn't a supporter but was sick of the single focus). Fast forward to listening yesterday and the day before and I'll have to say I enjoyed the two shows. They seemed to have less of the repeat "poor me" stories and I am a huge Rob Shutter fan (I like guy co-hosts way better).
I am typically pretty critical (no...not me) cause I get sick of her laziness and complaining about stuff that most normal people would be blessed to have...and her lack of a work ethic is laughable. But the more I learn about her mom, the more I understand why she's the precious snowflake that she is. It's hard to believe that's she's 34? (Or 32?) sometimes and she's still hoping life will 'give' her what she wants and deserves instead of working her ass off for it. But I digress again...
I, too, miss all the comments but I think less people are listening so it's harder to comment when no one has anything to say. I miss everyone and I'm still waiting for that Troll Trip to Savannah, Charleston, Miami or somewhere fun!!! ❤️😎

I think this board got too negative for some people. It started to feel like (for me,at least) if you said anything positive, you got attacked.

I miss the interaction on this board too. But, I think a lot of people are like me, tired of giving the show try after try. I've completely switched over to Radio Andy and get my current events/pop culture fix there. I'm sad about "what was" but it was my time to go. I'm sure the show still attracts a crowd (Taylor does have a great personality), one that doesn't know how great it used to be.
I thank the mods/founders of this page for giving us a chance to vent and connect though!

i've cancelled by subscription and only listen on the twitter feed now. I kept the subscription for way too long, just for the show. Wonder if Radio Andy has a twitter feed i could listen off?

I didn't get to listen to the whole show, but today was my least favorite of the week. Maybe it just got too political for me.

I totally missed the political part of it. He does talk a lot about smoking pot. Every time he's on. It's getting a little old for me. But I think he's funny I just don't care to hear about pot all the time.
Oh and did anyone hear the recorded bit about Taylor leaving Katie voicemails. Now THAT was funny!!

Ok....today's show hour 2 just after the 7 things....Taylor and Mike (?) were talking about Matthew mcconaughey gaining weight for a movie role and they were discussing what they'd do for a movie role/opportunity. He said he'd do anything and how straight white dudes are a dime a dozen so he (joking) talked about sucking d on page 3 (or something like that)...to which Taylor was laughing and said "yeah go gay, that's what I did"... just kind of made me think about the whole TD relationship being for publicity/making her more interesting for the reality show - if it ever happens...
I'm sure the relationship is for real but sometimes I wonder about it 🤔
Did anyone else hear that today?

AMEN SISTER...I haven't listened past the beginning. If she knew half of what she was talking about ( or balanced it with the other side of the issues....like when bitching about how much Secret Service costs are for the Trumps, why not discuss the costs for the Obama's travels/moving and/or past presidents, too? There is a great story about that on the news just this weekend...or perhaps that Trump isn't taking a salary and Obama did? Just at least give a bit of both.) I get she wants to bash one but at least balance it out a bit if she is going to throw in there, "I'm completely independent and down the middle" every other show.
I'm only listening on Twitter and not subscribing. I listen to podcasts I like instead. I'm glad she has followers who only know and worship the 'now' Taylor...instead of the original and what it was. They will never know what they are missing....and that's fine. They will figure it out eventually too, if they listen long enough.

New week, same old lies...or *ahem* omissions? Anyone catch Taylor say "neither of us voted for Trump". Implying she voted at all. I guess those are Taylor's #alternativefacts ?? She is JUST. SO .FAKE.
I seriously can't even. Stop saying you're a feminist, Taylor, you are not!!

Ugh I actually did listen for a little while this morning and I caught that too.
Did you see TD's IG post from the weekend where she's holding the "votes for women" sign? Oddly enough, that picture is the biggest thing that has made me really question the authenticity of their relationship. I just do not understand how TD can (appear to) be so passionate about gay/womens' rights and be in a relationship with someone who not only can't be bothered to do the bare minimum and vote, but lies about it and wants to take credit for being a "feminist hero" when she is quite possibly the WORST example of a feminist.

Haha thanks girl, and LOL @ "eloquent AF".
I do think TD was there for work not just to march. I bet if she was in NYC, Taylor would have gone with td to the NYC march, but only to have something to do and not to be left out.

I agree totally. Taylor could have used this as an opportunity to get on the streets and talk to women about their opinions, fears, beliefs. She could have used this as an opportunity to create some relevant content for her "blog". She could've used this event to stand up with her fellow sisters and brothers and everyone already feeling marginalized by this administration. She could've actually displayed her all talk, no action brand of feminism.
Story of Taylor's life: coulda, shoulda, woulda....didn't.

Exactly. I listen on demand so can't remember what day it was, but she pretty much said she'd rather sleep in than participate in the march. I have mixed feelings about Jenny Hutt, but thought it was pretty cool that she took her daughter down to DC and broadcast from there. I agree Wakeupfan420, Taylor could have used this as an opportunity to get some really good show and blog content. She loves to throw the word feminist around, but she's definitely all talk and no action. I don't think marching is the only way to show support for women, but she couldn't even drag herself into the voting booth in November knowing so many women's and LGBTQ rights were on the line.

Be a lazy bitch, but own it! Don't keep pretending you're something you're not. That's why I stopped listening. Just checked the blog and it hasn't been updated since early December. Website & The Closet are done with it looks like. Is Matt still around? Like what is happening? Assuming no more WeeWorks and team meetings?

Just checked FB (her new thing for 2017 I think someone posted?) and its barely being used either. Its not my career, no clue why it annoys me so, it does though!

I am a Taylor fan and I've been listening for six or so years so I know what the show once was. I still enjoy her and listening but it really drove me crazy she didn't go to the NYC march. She had friends there and could have gone with someone. T2 was in DC. She's part of the LGBT community. Come on girl! What else were you doing? I'm starting to wonder if she has social anxiety or just anxiety in general which is why she's such a hermit. Maybe the mic is a mask?

It's so easy to get from NYC to DC. She could have gotten there via plane, train or Matt's car.... Oh, wait. Matt is a trump supporter. So mystery solved as to why she didn't march in DC or NYC or anywhere.
