It's $25 for the show, and $50 if you do the meet and greet. I think seeing Carly and Emma doing stand up is more than worth the price, but there is no way in hell I would go to the meet and greet.

Think it was Taylor's idea to do the extra $25 for the meet and greet and they're splitting it 3 ways? Or maybe Matt's?

I don't listen much anymore but was tuned in today and and was furious over the small dig against Kenny. I know it wasn't intentional and they genuinely love each other but he was the comedian and she was the side attraction. I saw him twice (once with her at the show). HE was the draw. He also chatted with everyone after the show, took pictures with fans, was appreciative of feedback, etc. The second time I saw him was after he left the show and you could tell there was some bad blood there but not once did he sneak in mentioning Taylor at all just to further a story or add to a joke.

Also today she said the reason Fat Kid Friday was changed to foodie finds was because it sounded like a derogatory F word when said fast? No. How about it was changed because it felt awkward playing the FKF song and doing a segment without its cocreator. They (understandably?) tried to erase Kenny from all facets of the show.

The one positive today is she did outright admit she doesn't watch Survivor so at least that's truthful on her end. However it also makes her seem just like she's out to jump on any job thrown her way. One the one hand II think that makes her seem desperate. I am a small business owner and I don't take on clients that are a bad fit for my company and brand. But on the other hand exposure is exposure especially in entertainment so good for her?

Zac Efron probably came up because he’s friends with Vinny from Jersey Shore (she mentioned that on today’s show).

Slight subject change (although I was going to post about her telling us that she saw Nicole coming into the building and Nicole asked, “You watch Survivor?” and Taylor answered, “I do now.” Total confirmation that she didn’t know a f*cking thing about the show before she went on that panel. And even though I’m a long-time listener too, and can’t remember her mentioning Younger, I wouldn’t be surprised if she watched the shows (or parts) back then as prep for people coming on to her show. It’s how she rolls... she’s very predictable.

My subject change:
1. Because she had another in-law rant on Friday (GIVE IT UP TAYLOR!), I was wondering if anyone had ever heard her take any sort of personal responsibility AT ALL in all of this? For anything?

2. I meant to write this a week or so ago, but I don’t know if Babette is really a monster or if Taylor just makes her sound like one, but did you hear when she said her mom wouldn’t let her wear jeans in middle/high school because only “white trash” wear jeans? Thanks for the compliment, Babs (as I write this in jeans...). Pretentious much?

Taylor couldn't have been a saint through all of that. I'm sure there was her fair share of the blame. Maybe her sisters could sense that Brett wasn't Taylor's "the one", maybe Taylor took a lot of stuff out on Brett or put him down in front of them? I'm sure she was part of the problem too.

I agree, not a flattering outfit on her, and I guess I prefer her hair down. The updo accentuates how round her face is, and her lack of a neck.
When Wider was giving that checklist of characteristics of people who are addicted to drama, Taylor said that she doesn't see herself as a victim since she left her marriage. I thought, are you kidding me? All she does is talk about how she was bullied and victimized by Brett's family. She has an obsessive need to make sure that everyone knows that they are the bad guys.

It was for Emma actually, because I do know that Tay wouldn't even consider. (I live in Wisconsin now but am from Nebraska. Both are fabulous states and Tay would be pleasantly surprised if she'd give it a chance.)

Oh Lordy. Huskers got our butts whipped Saturday and we're preparing for another whipping this Saturday from you! We're actually going to the game, so go easy on us. ;) If you ever have a chance, I HIGHLY recommend coming for a game. I know every school has traditions, etc. and I've been to a lot of them, but Nebraska truly is one of a kind. You will find Lincoln to be very exciting and not at all what people think when they think of boring ol Nebraska.

My guess based on her recent Inta post: She's going to be hosting her OWN getaway ala Carin Rockind.

She and TD will be going to an island getaway and you, the lucky listener, can join them for cockies and partying if you pay a hefty amount to hang out with them!

Way to get a vacation you can expense for your taxes Taylor.

If I ever make it there, it will def be during football season! I know how electric Columbus gets on game day, I'm sure it's the same vibe!! Have so much fun Saturday! And no worries, this past weekend was the first game it actually felt like I was watching the Buckeyes play, JT finally got his shit together lol. 🙌🏼

Get. Real. Kiki has been used for a LONG time. Scissor Sisters had a song called "Let's Have a Kiki" in, like, 2012 (very catchy, by the way).

Also, this is the oldest definition of "kiki" that I bothered to find on Urban Dictionary (posted Nov. 30, 2005): "Kiki is also a verb, like to party or to get overly excited catching up with your girlfriends."

Kiki is AAVE. She most likely heard it on Real Housewives of Atlanta and like Taylor does with a lot of slang co-opts and claims it as her own even tho the language and usage has been around for a long time. I also get wicked second hand embarrassment at a 34 year old woman trying to use slang and uses it incorrectly.

I can't believe last Tues, Clay didn't find out that the Taylor wasn't going to be there until he was on his way up in the elevator at Sirius, even though she said that she knew she was sick in the middle of the night. I would be so pissed if I was him!

Clay got firm with her today about interrupting him- I was proud of him. She didn't take it very well, she snapped back at him but he kept on her until she let him finish his thought. I was disappointed with her for being so snarky about it, all she needed to say was "ok, I'm sorry- please finish" but she was kind of bitchy about it. I hope she doesn't run him off, too- he is one of my faves. He was definitely frustrated with her during the Harvey Weinstein convo
