Thank you for the cliff notes. That whole “job” thing, and a lack of any social media prevent me from evaluating.

You aren't missing anything, Karma. I would love to delete all my social media but I hang onto it bc it's the easiest way to keep in touch with family all over the world. I mostly hate it though!

--Carly booked a gig in Asia
--There will be many more Hey Girl Hey lives
--She is going to be selling her own merchandise at the show. Due to some "snafus", she doesn't have that much to sell though. It will also be available for sale on her website!
--She didn't want TD to hear that she bought $28 Sancerre
--Is she now shilling wine glasses? One of the listeners sent her and TD wineglasses etched with "Tayonce" and "Tayzee" (cute) and she kept holding hers up so all could see. Maybe that's the "merch" she speaks of

OK, I'm bored now and don't feel like typing any more! lol!

I find it amusing that there are so many people doing work for someone who doesn't have any work.

And might I say that blue hair is very fetching on you Goldie.

I could only listen for a few minutes before my ADD kicked in. Real boring. I'm waiting to hear about the train wreck that is the live show and then she'll probably disappear like a fart in the wind.

Social media is the downfall of many a man of my age. Kids are all pretty much grown, and everybody is creepin’ looking for some re-kindled lust. And though I am quite fond of the opposite sex and what comes with it, I am spoken for.

As I stated earlier: the best way to avoid trouble is not to be where you can get into trouble.

I know, right?!? Lol! Oh, but she said there will be a TON of Hey Girl Hey lives in the future, so between that and guest appearances on the Morning Breath, she'll be one busy little bee. 🐝

Probably for the best- there are a lot of men who wouldn't be in trouble right now if they couldn't reach their pants. 😋

She did better in the video than probably anything she’s done so far. Still wishing the show was being recorded because I’m not wrapping my head around the concept!

I quite enjoyed her IG video! I tried to watch the Fb one, but got bored, but the IG one was sweet, funny, she's a bit of a dork. This is the Taylor I loved for years, not talking about money and wanting to be famous, just down to earth, goofy girlfriend. If she can keep this going for a podcast, or whatever format she's looking at, I'll totally listen/watch!

If she weren’t the headliner I would actually go. I went to see Kenny once where she opened for him. In my opinion she was a bit awkward on stage so I’m not sure how that will work out for 90 minutes. That being said, she used to host those cosmo bachelor things (or at least if she didn’t host she was a big part) and she sounded really comfortable doing that. Same with cosmocon I think. So maybe if it’s like a radio format and not stand up and performing she will do fine.

This is really besides the point but I saw someone mentioned weird people being creepy in the comments. She was probably in the "top" live section while she was on, it attracts a lot of creeps. A food blogger I like actually stopped doing IG lives because she was so annoyed by it.

I've seen Carli like when she came to my town...and she was funny, but not super funny. I was kind of disappointed....she was much funnier on the radio. I would love to see Emma. but by far -Kenny was the best.

I actually preferred Kenny when he was just being himself. I was not into his stand up act. Admittedly though, I have never been a fan of that type of comedy. I prefer witty banter and all that kind of goings on. Humor is subjective to each individual, so everyone has a varying opinion on what we find funny.

That's interesting- my husband doesn't like Kenny's stand-up either. I have his Night Pageant album and I die laughing and my husband's like, eh, not that funny. He definitely has some hits and misses in his comedy. I usually love his funny recordings but I always hated his Record Everything bit; I know the backstory to it, so I get why he made it, but I think it's kind of bethos and not funny. And he put it on his album which is weird, he had so many funnier ones than that. But yeah, on the radio show and the Open Wider podcast is him at his best; he is the most hilarious when he isn't even trying to be.
