Taylor Needs Help!

Since she clearly reads this board more then the FB (polygamy hair, repeating plaid shirt), so we should help out!

Re: Taylor Needs Help!

Also, a lot suggested bringing Kenny back. Wonder what both sides think of that??

Re: Taylor Needs Help!

Lots of pop culture...stay away from politics or any news of substance.  No foodie finds! Disgusting to listen to.  Interesting co-hosts. Funny co-hosts. Please vow to never bring up in-laws. Maybe topics of interest for professional women in their mid-30s since that is where Taylor is in life.  No doctors just to get free stuff. Celebrity interviews. Reviews of beauty products. No fashion finds. Hmmmm...amazed she basically put out there that she hasn't got a clue!

Re: Taylor Needs Help!

Ummmmmm she has to have a venue that will reach beyond the bunny boiling community.

Be a normal human being.....

No more Epstein bashing.

We know that you are gay/bi. It does not have to be announced every time TD is mentioned. Just talk about her like we all talk about our significant other.

Enough with the perfect parents already. We all know that we are not on the same level, we get it.

Quit speaking like you are in love with your brother. It is unsettling and just plain gross.

Stop interrupting. It is rude

We as a group love you when you are not being pretentious. I repeat, just be you

Re: Taylor Needs Help!

That's what I was thinking. That's like what, 3 weeks away and you're looking for ideas now?? I would have thought she would be already recordeing so it was ready to be released come January. Now it sounds like she isn't even going to record till them, so what, February when she gets around to airing it?

Re: Taylor Needs Help!

Something new would be good...she needs to not simply pick up where she left off 7 weeks ago.

Right!!! She keeps toying the bunny boilers along that something is coming in January...yeah, an announcement that nothing will air until maybe February! If she has no format at this point, what has she been doing for 7 weeks?

Re: Taylor Needs Help!

She needs to start talking about what she's ACTUALLY doing, real time, IRL. She stopped doing that after the divorce and IMO that's when the show really took a nosedive because she would only recycle stories from the past. Literally every radio show/pod I listen to, the host regularly talks about what the they did that day/night/week. If she's uncomfortable with that, she's in the wrong business.

Also, kind of a slap in the face that she only posted that on FB and still refuses to interact here. This page has been around and consistently active for YEARS- the BunnyBoilers didn't care enough to start something like this until the show was gone.

Can we start a virtual drinking game for every time she mentions the E family?

Re: Taylor Needs Help!

I liked Surprise Me Topic of the Day- kept new topics in the rotation and it's less that she has to put together as far as content and topics. If she is doing a weekly podcast she could still do a 7 Things type of thing that could be news from the previous week that she could give her views on. (Although politics wasn't her strongest suit, I did like hearing her views on some stuff from time to time). I also really liked Nuts or Not- those were usually fun.

Re: Taylor Needs Help!

I loved almost hitched bitch, maybe roll with the Royal wedding and have people send in their own wedding questions? I kinda think she would do really well at an advice type show.

ETA ~ Bring in excoerts to answer questions, she could give her take, then thiers.

Re: Taylor Needs Help!

I’m here for the 🍻🍺🍻

While it’s good to get feedback from your fans, Taylor, it just seems like you should be further ahead than this if you are actually going to do something in january! You’re probably sitting in that buffalo plaid shirt reading this right now.

My feedback - No E’s, no good talk, no foodie finds. Talk about what you and TD do for fun, events you go to, trips you take. Bring on people that fit your target demo - pop culture experts, Robert Verdi, fun travel ideas. I liked when she had a male cohost, even if it wasn’t Kenny, because it had a different feel. I actually liked when vinny from Jersey shore was on. I liked FKF, Carly and Emma. For people who don’t like in NYC (me), I always thought it was fun to hear how someone lived there, to an extent, without trashing the po’ folk at port authority.

Re: Taylor Needs Help!

Since you all have planned her show for her and basically said what I would have also said (I also came here to comment on the fact that she pulled a typical lazy Taylor move getting someone else to do her work), I’ll just add that I think it’s hilarious that many of the bunny boilers think this “whatever it will be” (podcast?) should be On Demand. Which means they still think she’s returning to Sirius??

I’m really so curious about how much follow-through she will have with ANY of the suggestions and how much of it will be the same old shit... she is who she is. Do you really think her old co-hosts will come talk for free? And that she’s hustling so hard to get major sponsors to pay them? I have my doubts but I’ll wait and see!

Re: Taylor Needs Help!

I'm glad she's asking for help but my expectations are low that she will actually listen (maybe for a little while and then will fall back into old habits/easy-outs that don't require effort or follow through).  The reason we're all here is because we DO care and we want a good show and the above suggestions should be Matt's handbook for how to proceed forward.

3 hours was too long for a daily show for Taylor.  She doesn't have enough life experiences or isn't willing to share so we were stuck with high school boyfriends and E bashing.  So girl...get some grit.  Get out of bed. Get to work learning new things, meeting new and interesting people, go on adventures.  And SHARE.  You're not in the privacy business.  Sorry, buttercup.

Re: Taylor Needs Help!

Its the same thing as always. Right now shes full of her keywords.  Hustle hustle, meeting meeting, wework, team, manager, contracts, Its nothing. Its all nothing.  If she was really working on things she would just be posting randomly on social media and drinking. Those who do, dont talk about it. And dont need to talk about it.  Its gross and its old.  I wish she would stop listing to whoever she's been listing to for the past two-plus years.

After listening to Michelle and Jill today, this is seriously no joke.
I'm actually kind of wondering if some higher up actually listened to her show or heck found this page and just said "can her, now!"

Re: Taylor Needs Help!

Ya know, if I were Taylor the first person I'd be going to for programming ideas is Nicole. From the sounds of it, she has been killing it lately, going out on her own with new projects, and I can tell you the girl has great radio presence. Who better than her successful long-time friend to be able to help Tay figure out her strengths and weaknesses? Getting advice from Stassi is ok, but she is a reality star- it's different from what Tay has been doing the past decade. Nicole is her true contemporary and would absolutely shoot her straight, I believe. And I don't want her trying to become another "girl with no job" type like Claudia; that's not her.

It would be like the Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie show... Simple Life? 😂😂

YES!! I haven't thought about that show in ages! I feel like that title takes on new meaning now- was it called that because the people they visited lived a simple life, or because Paris & Nicole ARE simple? 😂

Now I want to go and watch that show.

Definitely both- it's a double entendre, I think lol! I loved that show- remember when they made them work at Sonic? That was the funniest shit ever!
