Are you doing anything?
I'm going to do the couch to 5K. Last year I changed my eating (pretty much just cutting sugar out) and lost close to 60lbs, this year I'm going to start running again. We'll see how it goes, I used to love it, now I just need to remember how much I loved it to keep doing it!

haha well I'll continue the perpetual weight loss journey. I was doing really well last year going to the gym 3-4x a week, but sometime in October when my shoulder shit the bed I stopped going, so I'm going to try and get back into that routine as soon as I can.
but what I really need to do is finish my stupid CPA exams.

wow, 60lbs! That's amazing!
I've put on some major lbs this fall, so yeah, I'm on the weightloss bandwagon too.

Getting better slowly but surely. Started PT last week but I keep forgetting to do my at home exercises.
I can't wait to go back to CO! My husband and I want to go skiing for Thanksgiving this year so maybe November? Is there usually now by then?

DB, you don’t want to be a t-Rex armed ol’lady! do your home PT!!
As for resolutions, I would like to be on social media less, but my husband is in grad school and it’s just so boring at home, so I mindlessly surf.

Just to be a better man than I was the previous year.
This is my only resolution every year.

Thanks all! If anyone is interested, this is what I followed. I tried it to see if I could, then felt like crap after eating normally after the 21 days. Went back and decided I would do 21 days on, a week off. Then it was a weekend, then pretty much just Saturdays, and usually just Saturday night now.

I would love to assure you there is snow by then but up until Christmas this year, there was NO SNOW! The ski areas were hurtin' for certain! Many of them closed after opening with fake snow, cause they couldn't actually sustain business with the fake snow. But for now, they are holding their own (in spite of you having your bombgenesis right now and we are having 50 degree weather!!). W.T.A.F.
