Taylor needs help.....what do you want answered 📝

We should help get off the repetitive questions too....I want to know does she think she’ll live in MYC forever? Move where TD is from to raise kids?

Did you ever have the “sex talk” with your parents as a kid? How did it go? What was sex ed like at your Catholic school?

Don't you kind of feel like this is a weird game of Fishing for Compliments? I am sure it is nice to feel like you're interesting without doing anything... just for being you! But real talk... if I have to pay to hear you talk, I shouldn't have to come up with what you're going to say, too.
This! This says it all!

100%. Show content that she doesn't have to worry about prepping herself (not that she preps anyways 🙄). SMTotD has always rubbed me the wrong way because of this exact reason. Answering listener questions is totally cool, but to do it for an entire segment every day is criminally lazy

Preeaaaach! All she has ever asked is "What do you want?" No girl, not my responsibility to run your show and do your JOB for you. Bye.

Have you guys noticed her surprise me topics are always always and only advice? At Sirius, when it was an actual surprise, she got criticism, questions, and advice. And she and Lori made a huge production abt being so scared to read it. That part was fucking stupid. I have sent in topics asking about her social media 'game' and her blog she keeps promising. It seems somehow those types of topics don't come at all.

I think that’s why she’s ALWAYS saying “I just grab these and skim them to see if I’m supposed to say your name or not but I don’t read them. I just dump them into my email.” That whole “Thou doth protesteth too much” comes to mind. She’s hand picking them.

My fave excuse was “a fishbowl is not in my budget”. Bitch 👏🏻 Get 👏🏻 A 👏🏻 Fucking 👏🏻 Bowl 👏🏻 I literally almost died when that chick asked Taylor what was an acceptable time for responding to emails. 🤦🏻♀️☠️

I believe the answer to that, Alex Tribeck, is “What is 5 years?”

Fish bowl budget? Let’s keep in mind what this girl is all about:

Ok this "surprise me" bullshit should prob just die. Its just a new low of lazy for even Taylor. Even her Friday co host said, hey do our job for us! First of all Taylor is the last and worst person to give advice on no matter what the topic. Second it just turns into her talking about nothing but herself. And then she admitted it on the Friday show. And she thinks because she admits it, it makes the selfishness of it cute or funny. I know you are reading this, Taylor, It is not. .

Taylor can't even be bothered to pick the question ahead of time. Today she picked one she said she already did so she had to keep searching through her email... Does she do any show prep?
Offline
She and Lori were talking about this one day. How she used to send the rundown the night before/early evening, and now shes rushing to put it together before the intro music stops. So no, she does no prep. She's very busy working all the time...from her bed......with wine in hand......
Well, last week, she said shes working 6 hours a day and it was killing he. I am a teacher and I work 8 hours a day and I talk all day long for my job because I lecture a lot. My voice often goes in and out especially during the 1st of the year and end of year, ( testing season). So the BB excuse of talking all day is hard is bs.

Yeah, I wish she would just go back to ACTUAL surprise me topics of the day, not, advice questions specifically chosen by Taylor. I don't care if she can't "afford" a fishbowl... they sell them literally for a dollar at the dollar tree.... hell, use a paper bag! We don't care WHAT they are in, just stop pre-selecting stuff!!

Yep—kind of takes the “surprise” out of it if she reads it beforehand.

Has anyone noticed that she has BASICALLY ripped off The Morning Breath Logo?!!! Nothing original out of her lately.

Lately? People are way late to this party. She hasn't been original for 6+ years. She has no new content, repeats stories endlessly, copies phrases from friends and famous people, ugh I would go on but it's so pointless. She's over and boring. Give it up.

She doesn't want an actual surprise topic. I'm sure she gets a lot of submissions for questions and topics she'd rather not talk about and she doesn't want to take the chance that she'll actually get stuck with one of those. But calling it "surprise me" is kind of stupid at this point.
Offline
I think that’s why she always takes the same callers, their safe.
Offline
She should probably just do away with the Surprise Me part of it, and just call it what it really is- the advice segment. Because those are the only ones she reads, so just call it what it is. It isn't a surprise anymore, so yeah, it's dumb to still call it that.

I was thinking about her lack of show prep yesterday when she said, “Ummmmm” over and over during the Fix in Six. Someone truly committed to an 8 am show would be up at 6, have printed her topics and highlighted what she was going to read (if not going to read all parts of story). Instead, it’s clear she bookmarks them on her computer and then is trying to read through parts of the story on air, on the fly, while we are left listening to her say, “Ummmm...sooooo...yeah....” and waiting. To me, that is not professional. Just as it’s not professional to complete the rundown while in line at Starbucks 10 minutes before the show starts.
Same for the surprise me topic. She constantly complains that it’s cut off in the middle. Geesh...there’s a simple fix. Copy and paste it on a different sheet? Print it differently? But don’t wait until you are on the air to try to read it to the audience who paid and then stumble through the BS because you are unprepared. Again. 🙄

Its baffles me how unprepared she is every day. She is constantly "working so much now"....on what exactly? Certainly not prepping for your shows. I was listening to yesterday's episode with Sean Kilby and the topic was awkward sex scenes in movies...she literally did that topic last week. She is mailing it in every day.

I thought about ordering her a fishbowl from Amazon Prime. The gift card would read, “Now you can pick questions concerns and topics that are truly a SURPRISE!”
