I threw caution to the wind and ordered a bunch of Ali make-up just for the heck of it. I found some stuff that is of incredible quality -- Chanel lip matte liquid color, MAC look in a box ( nude lip glass set), Makeup forever HD powder, IT cosmetics bye bye undereye concealer, plus a few more --- phenomenal. On the other hand, the scary stuff I was warned about ---MAC Aztec lip gloss set and MAC Rossy de Palma lip gloss set legit have glue in them. š I had to scrub my lips to get it off, and it left behind a glue-like residue, so both sets are going right in the trash.

Itās been a minute since my last order came in. Iām feeling the itch to buy more just for the surprise. Will it be complete crap or gold? Who knows.

Same. I love getting this stuff in the mail because even though I know what it is, I feel like I donāt really know what itās going to be like until it shows up.

I was going to nominate Cindy to start one because she says she needs one as she is completely addicted to Ali- but that might be the blind leading the blind, lmao- you would all just tempt each other too much!Ā
Side note: that reminded me of a funny story- in high school I worked at a hotel restaurant and an AA group used to meet in our banquet room once a week. But if the banquet room was booked for something else my boss would move the AA meeting group to THE BAR across the hall. I asked her once "Isn't that kind of mean? To put people who are trying not to drink in a bar for their support meeting to avoid drinking?" She just laughed like I was so silly....

Similar AA story, when I worked on the ship they had āBill W Meetingsā for passengers needing their AA meetings. Always held ina bar. I worked in jewelry store across from the bar they used and people would always be lined up thinking it was something exciting going on inside š

Oh man you guys, I am disappointed to see all this support for counterfeit products.Ā Not getting on any high horse, keep doing what you're doing if it makes you happy.Ā But I have to say that it's illegal to buy these items for a reason, they are produced in sweatshops, usually under extreme conditions and by minors.Ā Buying these things just perpetuatesĀ the cycle.Ā I work in fashion and have been to these countries/factories.Ā You wouldn't want to touch them if you saw the conditions they are made in.Ā Ā

Well, having seen the factories real items are produced in, they are definitely not sweatshops.Ā Granted, its nowhere I want to work, but large corporations are held to high standards in terms of sourcing.Ā You're right about amazon, we should all be cognizant of items we are buying.Ā That's why I had to comment.Ā Like a debbieĀ downer.Ā Ā

New shows go up on Sunday nights after they air here because Iām on FM radio and itās local.
Also if you could like our Facebook page I would be forever in debt it to you also if you can share it with your friends if you like the show that would make me even happier and I will be giving updates on upcoming shows and hopefully I will be able to update on when Iām taping and I will be able to take Phone calls. Sometimes I will go up to the studio and record live and itās Sundays from 5 to 6 but right now Iāve just been far too lazy to commit myself to going up to the studio every Sunday so that was my agreement with the station is that I could podcast and send it in .
Side note the sound still sucks because Iām not sure what the hell im doing trying to podcast but I promise Iāll figure it someday ššš

I love the Kelly bag and wallet, but I have not studied them to see how they compare to the originals. Very high-quality, excellent stitching etc. but everyone knows I'm not paying $10k for a purse, so I don't plan on fooling anyone with it. The only part that seems a bit cheap is the thing that the lock and keys hang on. Seller threw in the twilly, which is kind of cute.
The bracelets are probably my favorite Ali purchase so far. They're hard to see in the picture, but they're beautiful. With the exception of the Tiffany, they're all heavy and very well made. The nail head is my favorite, and I plan to order more at some point.
The earrings and necklace to the left were $2 and under. I ordered a bunch of cheap-o jewelry from Ali from the same price range, but they haven't all arrived yet. I'm very happy with them so far. I'd say they're comparable to costume jewelry you'd buy at Dillard's, or wherever.
The only big Ali fails I've had so far were my glue infused lip glosses; however, I already knew make up from China is very scary, so it wasn't a huge surprise.

The best part of Cindy's friend making fun of her for her "fake" pink pages friendships is when she asks her "Fine, if they are your friends, what are their names?" Cindy: "...... I don't know! We all use nicknames!" It did nothing to help with the convincing.....Ā
