And then she said that was a GREAT analogy!  I thought, do you know what you are even saying???
She doesn't share much about her life with Taylor but when she does I understand why she doesn't.  Her telling TD not to watch QVC because she doesn't want it be 'a thing' they do, not sharing her wine, making TD feel like she has to apologize because she DARED to get sick on a Friday instead of a weeknight (THAT MONSTER), and then only making it about how sheeeeee is very likely to get sick.  She was just prepping the audience for her calling in sick one day very very soon.  Blaming her excessive drinking on TD traveling for work. Saying she likes the idea of being together for 6 years before getting engaged, knowing TD wants it soon.
How can she think this is OK behavior?

I’m beginning to think she’s actually a type of abuser like someone on here recently pointed out. Controlling is just the start of it...

Yes! It does seem a bit abusive...the jealous controlling behavior.

Can she actually be proud of having raised such a selfish, spoiled brat?

That's funny you say that.  I wonder if her mom thinks all this is OK, as well.   I know we are all jealous, but this kind of selfishness is sick.
May I please reiterate that TD felt the need to APOLOGIZE for getting sick on a Friday night?????? May I also add, what difference does it really make if she was sick.  All they do is order food and watch t.v.

I think her mom probably thinks it all sounds fine which is the heart of the issue...how Taylor was raised.

I don't think the wine thing is bad.  But she seems to not be able to do anything without alcohol.  When she was doing that surprise me question about a family vacation and the woman was worried about her in laws not letting her drink, Taylor's rant was about getting drunk with her siblings and how she couldn't imagine vacation without drinking and her WEEKENDS are for drinking.  Its just a lot, I think.  Then it leads back to her wanting to lose weight and doing nothing to try except complain.  I used to have a joke that as long as I went to the gym and stood around it, I could lose weight.  Just a mind over matter thing, just believe being in the gym would be what caused my wight loss.  But I was only joking.  I would actually work out.  And she thinks because she is 'self-aware' enough to know she is one the those annoying people that complains about her wight but does nothing about it, its OK.  It's not, its still annoying.
One last thing, she was saying the other day about how listeners were begging her to stop wearing "Yellow Outfit" all the time.  I truly wonder where/how she gets her listener feedback.  She doesn't interact on social media, her Instagram seems to be mostly BB and very very very few 'trolls', and it seems like she juuuuuuust started reading emails.

She reads these pages...

Re: Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

I have seen this situation occur an untold amount of times. And, it absolutely infuriates me to no end. I have no clue as to why so many women seem to enjoy being treated so awfully. It is almost as if  they relish it. And there is always a tormentor (insert any gender here) who will take total and complete advantage of it.

It is a weird symbiotic relationship that will continue until:

1. The abuser gets bored and cheats
2. The final straw is broken and the victim moves on.
3. Or a captain save-a-hoe can make a rescue.

Re: Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

I think everyone on this page is lying to themselves, when your SigO gets sick and you potentially have to cancel y’alls plans you get annoyed. And the first thing I think of when my husband gets sick is, will I get it too? What do I have coming up at work I need to handle Incase I get the plague.

Doesn’t mean I won’t take care of him, but I can get a little annoyed. 1000% know I didn’t miss my calling as a nurse.

There is some level of truth to what you are saying, although I get excited if we have to cancel plans since I’m the ultimate homebody (he’s the more social of the 2 of us!). I’m less worried about getting it than if I have to listen to his whining for two or more weeks (the length of his last cold). I’m sorry to say this, since I love him dearly, but he is the worst patient ever when he is sick.

But I don’t get mad or annoyed at him for getting sick, especially if it’s a stomach thing that happens suddenly. It’s not like someone can control that, can they? I’m sure Taylor was embellishing her reaction (as usual) but she made it sound like TD even apologized for being sick. I’m sure it wasn’t as big of a deal as it actually was told.

Re: Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

This is to do with the cleaning lady topic this morning and Taylor’s story about her friend who is having problems with a “contributor”. Taylor’s friend pays for travel, food, hair and make-up and now the “contributor” also wants paid for her work. Any guesses as to who this is about???

Not sure who the "contributor" is in the story because I don't follow GWNJ and her show closely, but I think she's talking about Claudia. She's been spending a lot of time with Claudia lately, and Claudia's "business" fits with what Taylor is describing.

Re: Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

The first person I thought of was Stassi...does she have someone who comes with her as part of her entourage? Someone who she would pay for to do her hair and makeup if it were a big event? I don't think it would be Annabelle...she's not close enough that she'd ask Taylor's advice, right? She has a bunch of other girlfriends who are way closer (and haven't been fired for their awesome business sense...lol...).

Re: Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

I was super confused by that whole convo- Taylor's friend has a contributor that helps her with her work and she pays her in like travel, hair squad, etc. and now the contributor wants to be paid a paycheck as well? Was that it?

I think the friend is Annabelle. I think Meagan is the contributor to the business/podcast.  I don’t know what kind of arrangement they had going into the podcast and these trips for live shows, but my guess is that this is who that conversation was about. And I think Meagan must want to be done with it and this is her way out.

Re: Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

I haven't listened to Annabelle beyond her first show so I don't know how often Meagan is on, but I could see it becoming an issue if Annabelle is getting paid more now and Meagan is only getting free services. I would want money if the podcast I was participating in was starting to make money, because I would feel that it was partly me that made it successful if I was on regularly. It wouldn't be too much to ask to make something for the time spent on the show and doing live shows.

Re: Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

Meagan is on almost all the time. But now that she has her own successful podcast going and a possible blog and partnership with a company I can see her wanting to get paid for her time

Re: Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

Listened to that part, it was definitely about Annabelle. She is finally getting sponsors for her podcast and probably being compensated, therefore Meagan wants to be compensated as well. I could see how that could get a little hairy.

Re: Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

Ok, who believes Taylor over Dina Lohan? Especially when TS says in the same conversation that she “tends to exaggerate things?” I SO WISH Rob would have reached out to someone else who was nearby to ask if they saw anything but that would make it a bigger deal than it was... also, in one version, Taylor made it sound like Dina was close enough to actually spit ON her and then yesterday she said they “caught each other’s eyes as they were leaving” which, to me, makes it sound like they weren’t close at all.

Thoughts?

I believe the part about the nudging her on the couch- someone posted a pic of Dina posing on said couch on one of the FB feeds, and I really think she wouldn't think anything of nudging someone who was sitting on the arm of a couch and she didn't want them there. She seems like a bitch like that. But the blowing the raspberry thing, I have no idea; that story did seem to change somewhat when Rob pressed her on it. So that could have been exaggerated. Yeah, I too wish there someone else who saw it that could give their version of what happened. It's like the saying goes: There are 3 sides to every story- your side, my side, and the truth, lol

Re: Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

To give Dina one shred of credit (ugh, I hate to, though), it is super annoying when someone sits on the arm of a chair or couch you are sitting on, especially if you don't know them. I was in a hotel lobby awhile back, my kids and I were sitting on a couch waiting for my husband. A group of people were standing next to it chatting, and dude scoots back and sits on the arm of the couch right by me, practically up against me. It felt weird but I didn't say anything. But the worst part is every time the dude laughed about something he would lean way back and literally be up against my head. After a few times, I couldn't take it anymore and just got up off of the couch. But I really wanted to shove his stupid ass off of me. So maybe Taylor was encroaching on her space a bit, and Dina was annoyed; it might have had less to do with taking the pics than just she felt crowded. But who knows- Dina is an infamous bitch so it may not have a had a damned thing to do anything I just said.

Yeah, I just listened to most of the show. Not only could I not believe she said that, I thought that show was a little 'extra' obnoxious...in particular that whole discussion with JB about what THOTS were. It was just YUCK. I hope all of those people who let their Baby Effers listen enjoyed that.

Just listened to some episodes and totally see the controlling aspect like y'all pointed out. The whole engagement talk was sickening. She's dangling this in front of TD like some men do. The whole thing was so frustrating.

Thanks love, I take your request as a compliment. Other than the whole super secret Instagram troll person, I have not had any inspiration...... the show has been boring, and this forum has been as well. When material presents itself, I will be more than happy to oblige. I have not said much as of late, but be assured that I check in everyday.

Ahhh...I get it. I thought we might see one about the whole engagement ring situation or perhaps her selective memory when it comes to throwing drinks (or ice, or bodies, or shade...lol!). I hope she gets back on it cause I miss your fun!  I’m not sure what’s up with our board but it has been awfully quiet. I miss everyone here too!

Re: Today's Show! (not actually *today*)

I am a few days behind on listening. On Thursdays show with Rob, she said that she had offered to pay for someone’s school loans because she hated to see them struggling, and she told Rob it wasn’t Zach.

Clearly it’s TD because she’s specifically stated it before. If I was TD I would hate her airing that dirty laundry to the public, no matter how nice  the sentiment. Nuts  or Not?
