I generally think they should get their commission, but I'm less compelled to take those extra steps for the groups that are either super bitchy about it or not transparent and won't just come out and say it's because of commission. I think the bitchy group you're referring to is "Hawaii", and she's been getting real bitchy about a lot of things lately, not just the Chrome issue. Like she went on a rant recently about how people need to say "please and thank you" more often. I don't disagree, and people shouldn't be rude, but the reality is sometimes customers are rude and there's no way you'd ever see a regular brick and mortar business put a sign by the cash register with a bitchy note about saying please. She also made a post last night about people being stupid if they ask about the quality of a $30 bag.

Anyway, back when this Chrome issue first came up and none of the groups would be honest about why, I placed a test order on something cheap to see what would happen, but shortly after a mod in one of the groups explained it so I cancelled the order. I'm still very curious though what you'd get if you don't use Chrome.

I’ve never used Chrome (not intentionally...) but it wasn’t until my last order that I even read one of Hawaii’s rants about using it, which was why I learned that I was supposed to be doing so. It’s such a pain in the ass if you are seeing the links on an iPad on FB to subsequently switch to Chrome and re-find what it is you want to order. Especially if you are like me and impulse buy shit I don’t need at 4am while laying in bed in the dark! Momma don’t have time for all that messing around! (However I understand why they want to get paid...) Why can’t they figure out how to get paid through Safari too?

Having said that, I had a random Cartier bracelet appear in the mail a few weeks ago. The kind you lock on your wrist... I already ordered and received one awhile back and this one just showed up. I don’t see that I ordered 2, so I’ll just use it as a gift in the future. It will have to be for my daughter so I can explain what’s going on when her arm turns green or it tarnishes!! 😂😂😂

I recommend buying neverfull directly from J on IG. That's where I buy all of my 1:1 bags and her quality is great.I got my Neverfull from her a little over a year ago, I use it almost every day and its held up great. I think it was about $175 and she ships DHL so you get it in about a week. DM me if you want her IG handle.

WIV - I ordered the reverse Metis from Fran too!  I'm sooooooo excited to get it! I've been lusting after it forever.   Durst - J on IG was about $20 more for the Metis, so went with good ole Fran this time around!

I also ordered two of the "in between" $35 Felicies from one of Fran's girls.   The first one came in the mail this week, and I'm bloooowwwwn away by the quality.  I'm obsessed with it.  The chain is heavy, the LV design matches up perfectly.  It's beautiful.  I went back to order a third (LOL), but it looks like the price is jacked up to $68, or something now.  (These purchases were unrelated to the sale).

I also ordered a GM Damier Ebene Neverfull from Monica's group.  I have a MM Damier Azul from her, and I love it and use it everyday.  My friend has an authentic, and it's exactly like hers.  She was mad that she paid so much and ended up ordering one from Monica.

Haha thanks Gold! I have no interest in profiting off of this, just happy to share the good stuff with my favorite peeps on the interwebs. Although I have considered starting a FB group for the sharing of ali links we really like/general ali reviews and discussion in a more secure environment, just for people from this board. 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️

Well damn. I ordered a purse and got it about a month ago... and it broke the other day. Now I feel like I shouldn't contact anyone about it (not that I'd know who to contact, anyway 🙄).
