As someone that cooks dinner 4-6 nights a week I find it hilarious when someone brags about the one time they cooked dinner. I have friends that will post a pic on instagram of the most amazing dinner that they cooked because they never have homemade meals and I seriously giggle. Big freggin deal. You made food. Welcome to taking care of yourself as an adult! PS Nothing wrong with going out to eat, I love going out also!

Didn’t Taylor used to get one of the (make it yourself) meal delivery services? I remember stories about her saying stuff wasn’t fresh enough or they were going to deliver it at the wrong time...

The Nation Page is due for another big blow up soon. Like a menstrual cycle, they are quite predictable in their messiness. The TWAT Page is becoming the diet version of Pink Pages. There is general unrest amongst the listeners about the shows quality. Even Felony Fox is annoyed lately and she is a human sugar cube.

There is a mutiny afoot.

Well well well.... sofetch may have been right. Between the multiple "off the air" yesterday (and for the record, I agreed with everyone on that) and the post about Andreas show today, FB mutiny might be happening.

Came here to see what you beyatches were saying, and you never let me down! (insert "god i love you so much" ala Amy Poehler as the cool mom in Mean Girls). The Nation page was disappointing me for awhile. No drama no real arguments, and then poof...just like So Fetch said...it was ready to BLOW.

I haven't listened to today's show so I am not familiar with the whole fat shaming convo. Was it really that bad?

And the whole secret/ill tell you off the air....girl been doing this forever. She always on her same bullshit.

I didn't listen, and while I'm totally tired of Taylors weight talk. And rea I would give a little more lee way too just having a baby, she's dealing with a new body. Again though, I didn't listen so just guessing here.

I haven't listened either. Here's the difference between Andrea and TS's feelings on their bodies as I see it:

-Andrea feels about her weight after a baby. The weight isn't normal for her, but I imagine that after hosing another person for 9 months and then going through trauma, you're gonna be pretty insecure about your body for awhile. She obviously knows this, though

-Taylor has been bitching about her weight daily for YEARS but never actually does anything about it. She knows what she needs to do, talks about it, starts (sometimes) and then makes excuses to stop or rationalizes all of her bad habits (drinking on Thursday is okay because it's "college weekend." Gorrrl, you're 36. Grow up.)

It was essentially what you guessed - Andrea was openly expressing her frustration about not being at her pre-baby body weight and accepting that she may need to buy some new clothes for her new size. It did lead to a convo about strange young adult eating habits that she and Tay experienced. Very relatable to me.

Someone on the Nation page twisted this into an "hour long conversation about how being fat is horrible". I LOLed when the poster tagged Donny so he could hear her feedback.

I listened to yesterday's episode and thought everything they were saying was fine. Andrea & Tay were talking about their own personal issues not speaking about overweight people in general. But of course Taylor Nation was "triggered" and totally twisted it. If anything, I thought it was a super healthy conversation, they had great callers giving insight on how they are teaching their daughters positive body image & relationships with food. Ridiculous it got blown out of proportion
