I love SKC but am behind a few episodes... now I will have to skip ahead to this one! Taylor mentions Carly occasionally, but I definitely agree something went down between them or Carly would be on the show/podcast, even if only occasionally.

On a somewhat related note... Does anyone follow Carly on Instagram? In her stories the other day she was talking about a new podcast doing fuck, marry, kill and seemed to think this new podcaster ripped off SKC. She acknowledged she and Emma didn't create the game, but it was something they did each episode... Made me think it was someone in their circle of friends/comedians. I haven't listened to Berning in Hell yet but I thought of Hannah right away because they talked about playing FMK at her live show.

I don't think this is right. Carly got a new contract right before Taylor got fired (why her story is BS that it was coming for awhile and the trip was just an excuse), so that part could be. But she was on Taylors new show pretty regularly when she first started so I think something else had to have gone down.

I totally forgot about that! I used to love BFF Fridays. I always wonder why Taylor hates Jenny so much, other than the fact Jenny was famous and probably made more money. Like her or not, that woman seems to work her ass off.

Her show is also crazy good! There segments flow well, and she's always super prepared for her guests.

Did anyone else think that Emma was maybe referring to Taylor when she mentioned a new-ish friend that has been spiraling into drinking too much, possibly some drugs, and overall chaos and negativity that was just too much? If I'm remembering correctly, Emma was beginning to distance herself (she's appearing less on the TSS, right? I don't sub to that one). Carly chimed in with having distanced herself from that situation as well (again, no longer on T's show). But then after that is when she went into the contract conversation.

Oh that I can see!!! I think Emma had (or thought she had) a bit of a drinking problem and has been working really hard at just over all better health, eating, no drinking, gym, yoga. I would imagine it would be hard for her to listen to someone talk about it all the time?

Emma should totally go on Robs show!!!!

Interesting thought! It seems like Emma is back on Taylor's show again, and that it really has just been scheduling conflicts keeping her away. And I agree Emma should go on Rob's show! They're both so pure-hearted while still being funny.

I know some of you listen to Adderall & Compliments so I was wondering if anyone knows who Annabelle's boyfriend "Mr. Lincoln" is. I think he's a tv writer but that's all I can figure out... Just being nosy!

I don't really listen anymore but I lurk the FB group and I've been wondering the same thing. Has she said why she's so secretive about it?

I don't think she's said why she's being so secretive, but I also don't listen as much as I used to. She has said that he's more private on social media so maybe that's why? But then I also thought she mentioned following him on twitter when she approached him for the first time.

Taylor was on the Juicy Scoop Podcast today. Taylor is interesting to listen to on other peoples podcasts however, at one point when Heather asked if her she was drunk when she first hooked up with TD, TS said, "I am always drunk, well, not right now because I have to drive". Kind of cringeworthy to say I am always drunk. I feel like it doesn't come across to other professional podcasters in the best way.

I haven’t read through all 19 pages of this thread yet, but I was listening to Hannah’s podcast for while and I actually liked the change in style for a minute until every podcast she brings up tennis and hijacks any and everything her cohosts say to relate it back to tennis. Also, one episode she referred to UW Wisconsin as a very conservative campus. It almost made me question if she even went there 🤔 (I know she did without a doubt, but it felt like she was pandering to the cohost at the time so it lost its luster with me).

Anyways. I have found a HILARIOUS podcast called “MY DAD WROTE A PORNO” and I will be shocked if someone hasn’t mentioned it on this threat yet. I had to pull over one time because I shot coffee out of my nose. Highly recommended.

Wow... what?? UW Madison is one of the most liberal campuses in Wisconsin, and the city of Madison is quite liberal as well. Maybe because when she lived here we had a conservative governor? Even so, the city is one of the most progressive in the Midwest... (edit: I just told my mom that Hannah said that and she said, "oh for God's sake! It's so liberal it used to be referred to as 'Berkeley East!' Donna Shalala used to be chancellor!!" 🤣)

Also—Any Conan fans out there? His podcast (Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend) is SO good!

My thoughts. Exactly. I rewound it three times to make sure I heard it correctly. She said it after a discussion about diversity and her cohost scoffed when Hannah brought it back around that she went to UW.

I have to say I am kind of sad the EW station is going away on Sirius radio. I enjoyed a few of those shows on my daily commute. I am starting to think I should just cancel and listen to podcasts I never seem to find time for.

I haven't listened yet but there's buzz about Stassi saying she's trying to get pregnant on one of her episodes? Nothing against being unmarried and pregnant/having a baby (I was only engaged when I got pregnant). But I just had figured she was a marriage type of girl? again, no judgment, just surprised.

Two things.... First does anyone listen to any health/diet/fitness podcasts? I'd love recommendations if you all know of any good ones!

Second, I read that some people think Annabelle's Mr. Lincoln was Danny Zuker, in which case he is definitely married with kids. I don't know that's correct though since he's in his 50s and Annabelle said Mr. Lincoln was mid-40s.

Re: Mr Lincoln, I think I first saw the Danny Zuker suggestion on the Juicy Scoop fb page? After I read that I searched reddit and there’s a thread on there that talks about the drama between Annabelle and Meagan and seems to confirm (as much as internet gossip can) that it’s him. Meagan finally posted her side of the falling out in the superficial magic fb group and “liked” comments that mention Danny Z.
