Then, wait for it, how she interviewed both Taylor and Katy, and Taylor was way nicer. Didn't she just tell Sam yesterday that she interviewed both of them?
I get that people like to relate to the stories, but hello, we know this. She could have just said, "Remember how I interviewed them?" and then the cohost, Dr. Wider in this case, would say "Yes, I do" and then she wouldn't need to continue to retell the story.

I am really curious if listeners are interested in T Swift, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez etc.. I know I'm not. I'm out of that age group and I'm guessing I'm not alone. She acts like a 20 year old talking about them every single day!! She's obsessed with their feuds and other nonsense that I personally could care less about. Am I alone?

You are not alone! I don't mind hearing about them every once in awhile but between her and Bonnie Fuller, that is all they are obsessed with. There are a billion other celebrites to talk about!

You definitely are not alone. To be honest, I cannot stand T Swift. Never have, never will. And I don't care about most celebrities, especially these young ones, which is why I don't really care for the HollywoodLife.com's segment. Who the hell is Tyga? Yawn.

How great is it that we both talked about Bonnie Fuller/Hollywood Life? I'm just glad it's only once a week, and I feel like they're always "out of time".

It would be great if I never had to hear "6th grade lunch table" again.

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

I actually don't mind hearing her non-bragging stories over and over. Our stories make us who we are. She used to tell more about her early years that were funny, before she became sidetracked with hating Brett's family.

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

I don't know if it Michelle or wider last week when she went off about someone saying her parents took care of her but she got super defensive saying she paid her own bills and her parents couldn't even be a gaurantor on her apartment and don't support her. Girl, you're 32, you're parents shouldn't support you. She always talks about how kids shouldn't get gold stars or medals for doing what they're supposed to do... Are we supposed to be impressed or praise her for being a somewhat functioning adult?. Also there's a difference between living within your means and being truly poor. I've been a lostener for 5 1/2 years and wanted Tay to come out of this divorce a new and better version of herself, but have only seen a nastier, more Superficial and lazy side of her. It's disappointing.

Making out with another girl for Pita Pit but somehow being sexually repressed and screaming when anyone mentions sex while she sexualizes herself.

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

I love how Michele calls her out on her being raised very well-off. Her parents have a $3 million house. Yet, she proclaims they are not wealthy. Have they worked for their wealth? Yes. But they are wealthy. Are they E wealthy? No, but definitely the 1%.

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

1.)  Using the term "businessman" to describe any male's job. As in "You know, her husband works, he's a businessman."  "Businessman" is what a 5  year old might respond when an adult asks them what they want to be when they grow up.  I cringe every time she describes someone as a "businessman".  Who says that?  Most adults are able to broadly describe someone's job, i.e. finance, law, trader, corporate, sales, healthcare, education.
2.) Insinuating that she's poor because women make less money than men.
3.) Announcing proudly that she's supporting herself.  Ummmm- with a nice little alimony safety net to buy you time until you hitch your wagon to your next meal ticket.  Also - don't be so proud of yourself for basically just paying for your own stuff.  That's the bare minimum you should be doing to be considered a responsible human.

The word LITERALLY. Tay, you are a smart girl... do I need to remind you that your father went to Harvard? Learn your words and use them like a big girl.

Exactly how I feel about her use of "literally," "like" and "uh/um." The show's intro kills me everyday. "Hey, girl, hey! Uh we have a lot to talk about today. Uhhhhh Carin is stopping by. *lip smack* uhhhh Robert Verdi is coming to talk about fashion week and uhhhhh he's like literally the authority on all things fashion week."

I think I need a break. I'm so put off by her (periscope, recycled topics, railroading Kenny) and I just don't think she can win with me right now.

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

I would really like it if she would stop going on about how broke she is- the way she talks about her life she is certainly not living like someone short on cash. Oh, and she's still living in a million dollar apartment to the tune of ~ $4,200 a month:

I'm with you... I think I need to take a breather. I usually listen On Demand, but I haven't listened at all this week, and I feel like I'm already in a more positive headspace. Funny how you get into a routine, and you don't realize that 3 hours of someone grating on your nerves is starting to have affect your patience and general positive outlook. I guess I'll just keep ckecking in on this board to see if anything fun happens.

Very valid point- if she got $500k as has been speculated, she could have paid cash for something in the $200-300 range, and still had plenty left over to put in an emergency fund/start investing.

Wow $500K seems like a lot for under 5 years of marriage and no children.

It is possible she could have put down a nice down payment. However, in NYC, real estate even in the outer boroughs is way more than $200-$300k. I agree though. I hope she works on saving.

I think a good laywer could get around that as they were so close to the 5yr mark. Who knows though, pre-nup could have been 3 or soemthing else.

Re: Topics you never want to hear mentioned again

Don't waste your time listening to Stassi's podcast from today. Taylor part 2.

LITERALLY everything we've mentioned here and more. Porn, parents were virgins, Guiliana, bieber, Joan inerview, girl squad, Katy vs Taylor. She highjacked the entire podcast up to the point I stopped listening at about 50 min. There was half an hour left and I bet I could guess how the rest went.

Even with a downpayment, that monthly rent she's now spending would go towards paying off the place instead of some one elses mortgage. Thats pver $50k a year, IN RENT!!!! Crazyness!
