And Taylor was screaming at the top of her lungs-it was hard to listen to.

They need a solid show rundown and they need a producer to make them stick to it. I get so excited at the start of each show, thinking about all the topics they say they will cover. then... stupid topics about guns and soda for an hour. But really the way they go about the conversation is the problem, talking over each other and taylor screaming and not wiling to listen to other sides does nothing for me.

Today they talked about which is worse - throwing soda on someone or pointing a fake gun at someone - for the entire first hour. I was so bored.
Haha, man it's so funny- because I came on here to say how much I loved the first hour of the show with this topic! A dialogue was created, rather than Taylor ranting and Kenny agreeing. I loved hearing the opposing views between the two of them, AND they took callers. I'm so over Taylor just spewing her thoughts on something without any input from either Kenny or callers. So for that, I thought that segment was very very entertaining.

ICantEven - I don't disagree entirely. I thought it was really good at first. It just went on way longer than it should have in my opinion. It could have lasted 15-20 minutes and been perfect.

the convo did go on a bit too long. I wonder if it is a logistics thing, like we didnt stop the conversation soon enough and their is not enough time to start a new topic, so let's just keep going, and since we have callers we can take them?
But i agree with Taylor and cannot believe all the people who agreed with Kenny! like whaaattttt??

Agreed! And I was actually glad that they stayed on a topic longer than 5 minutes... usually its "blah blah blah" and they move on without taking calls or disagreeing with one another. I would rather they talk about one topic with a good discussion for the entire show - great job guys!

I agree ICantEven! That's what I came to say too. I knew it would be good when in the app it was labeled "Taylor and Kenny Debate."
I thought it was T and K at their finest.
By the way, Kenny has really made a 180 on the whole agreeing with Tay bit. I don't know what happened but I think it is truly for the better.

So get this...(I'll weigh in on the K and T thing in a minute)...I took my grandson to the movies this afternoon because they had conferences. Granted, it was Hotel Transylvania 2 and he is 6, but there was someone there with a small child/baby who let the baby CRY throughout the entire movie. Not just a little, but off and on (mostly on) the entire time. We were up high and they were closer to the front, but after I figured out it wasn't in the movie, it really really bothered me. Twice I got up to go speak to them or management but my poor little grandson seemed to get distressed (he really did not want me to do anything about it...I'm not sure where that comes from but he followed me to the end of the row when I was just trying to figure out where it was coming from and said, "Mimi, just forget about it. We can just watch the movie and pretend we don't hear it." I am not sure if he was worried about a confrontation---at 6??-- or what). ANYWAY, I found it really ironic that I had just listened to this ridiculous argument about throwing soda vs. acting like you are shooting someone...I wanted to throw soda AND shoot someone!! (Just kidding!!)
Back to T and K...sorry I thought it was ridiculous. All of it. Great that they had different opinions and yes, I agree that it's wrong to act menacing like you are going to shoot someone. But it's like comparing apples and oranges and if Taylor got soda dumped on her ass for talking in a movie (something I am pretty sure she does since she hinted to that effect at the beginning of the segment) she'd want to do anything and everything to get the person responsible. Especially if they ruined her Norma Kamali pants and/or vintage Coach bag/cape (fill in the blank)...lol.

Lol! I hate when people bring babies to a movie theater. How hard is it to find a sitter or just wait until the movie comes out on DVD.
I actually like the arguing, I agree it did go on for a bit too long. I did LOL at your Coach bag comment. I think Tay would never own a Coach purse. It's too middle America for her. Chanel, definitely. Especially in the Brett days! That being said, I have a few Coach purses I love. 😉

Oh my gosh the part this morning where they were talking about Eli Manning and talking like "duh ba hub bah" and Tay was saying talking like a doofus is so fun and she was going to do it all day. Kenny said "it feels so good because it's so easy. i wish we did communicate like that all the time." That had me LOLing all over my office. (This will not make sense to those who have not hear it yet. It's in the first hour and it's hilarious!)
FKF: I haven't hear the dead baby outfit part yet, but looking forward to more LOLing!

I've only listened to the first half of the show, but I was laughing most of the time. Looking forward to the last half!

it was a great segment soda vs. fake gun. i had taped it and was listening to it on the way home in the PM rushhour. when kenny was trying to tell taylor he like the sound of her gunshot better and she practiced it a few time till she got it right, i found myself sitting at a red light practicing with her, getting the sound just right, pointing my "hand" gun at passersby on the sidewalk and just plucking them off while laughing manically. then it occurred to me, hmmm maybe i shouldn't be doing this in my car. i dared not look to the right or left lest i meet eyes with freaked out commuters. just peeked up in the rear view every now and then to see if a police had been dispatched to track me down. on the serious side (and why should we get serious), i woudn't want either. the soda would be assault (not to mention very cold) and in these times, i'd see the "pow" gesture as almost a terrorist threat. see there i went and got all serious and ruined it : >( have a great weekend everyone.

Yes. AND on another note, her doing the "uh huh, mmmhhhh, yeah, uh huh, yep" during interviews when the guest is talking is driving me insane. Had this been going on forever and I'm just now noticing or did it just start? I really just started to hear it a few weeks ago... It's a sounds like a mix of her rushing the guest along and her not caring about what they are saying/not paying attention.

That's always happened...she comes across as if she couldn't give 2 shits about what anyone is saying...friends, family, and guests alike... Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah... That is soooo off-putting!

She's always done that - interjects way too much and at weird times.

I've heard about this organization before, it's for still borns I believe. I have to admit it was funny how thrown off K and T were with the call.

Tay is like the drunk girl at the party you don't want to start a conversation with. When they were talking about Jimmy Fallon today, she had a lot of the details wrong. Which I understand, some things are hard to remember or get straight, but she was so confident in what she was saying. And it hit me. She is Cecily Strong SNL's Weekend Update. She gets so many things wrong and just says anything and everything like it's a fact. It's hilarious most of the time, but sometimes it's SO frustrating.

^^^YESSS!! You're so On Point! 😉 I'm just listening to Monday and they're both completely clueless. As much as T throws around "my dad is a doctor" she legit knows NOTHING about healthcare. RE: discussing Lamar Odom's medical bills totaling in the millions of dollars, T is like why are they saying that, there is no way!! Ummmm, what freaking world do you live in?? He's had a stroke, multiple surgeries and 2 weeks of critical care, private transportation to LA (I'm guessing private care from here on) and probably 6 months of physical therapy and rehabilitation....absolutely millions of dollars. Wish I had that eye roll emoji lol

It would only take her 15 minutes a day to read enough about the topics she's going to discuss, so she could get the facts right. It's not like they're talking about world politics or the middle east or anything in the least bit complicated. It's really frustrating to listen to.

Taylor does not live in reality...well, maybe reality TV! She can tell us the cost of Louboutin's, Prosecco, (by the way, I just googled both to see if I spelled them right and I did! So proud!) and dinner at SoHo House...but forget anything after that. I don't believe the real world has hit her at all...yes, she's been through a divorce and it was emotionally painful. But I'd venture to guess she still doesn't truly have to worry about money; and we all know how much she worries about her friends... Tay is not a details kinda gal. I honestly think she goes home at night and comes up with a loose list of ideas to talk about the next day, but it's just that, a list. She probably does little to no research and knows that she can wing it or make it up if she needs to!
And just to add in my pet peeve of the week/recent weeks...was anyone else getting annoyed by how many times they did their OWN commercials for their show in DC?? OMG...if I had to hear One.More.Time. that they were going to DC and doing 2 shows at 8 and 10 I was going to throw shit at my phone/radio/car....UGH!!! Last week turned into a non-stop 'plug the DC trip' info-mercial that wouldn't shut up!!!
(Sorry...all done! Haven't posted in a while!)

Loved that Kenny told Tay the divorce was good for her, shes grown a lot since it and learned a lot about herself. I think thats the type of stuff she needs to hear!
