I’d be a bit careful with tooling-first thinking, especially at the start. A lot of beginners focus on automation platforms before they’re even sure what they’re selling and why. No tool is going to fix bad product choice, weak margins or unreliable suppliers.Most of these services do roughly the same thing anyway: sync orders, stock and tracking. The “best” integration really depends on where you sell (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, etc.) and how complex your setup is. For a first test, simple is often better than feature-rich.My advice would be:
- first validate your product + supplier manually
- then pick a tool that fits your workflow, not the other way around
- don’t lock yourself into expensive subscriptions too early
Automation is useful, but only once the basics are already working.
