How can I overcome task avoidance in ADHD?

I have difficulty completing tasks because of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I constantly find that I start one thing, but then I get distracted by other things and don't finish it. Maybe someone has already gone through something like this and found effective ways to cope with this problem?

Start simple. Try breaking down large tasks into small steps and setting specific time frames for completing them. This will help you avoid getting overwhelmed and focus on one task at a time.

Use timers or time management apps like Pomodoro Technique to structure your workflow. Secondly, create a distraction-free environment: turn off notifications on your phone, work in a quiet place and avoid multitasking. Finally, don't forget about motivation: reward yourself for tasks completed, whether it's a short break or your favorite activity.
