I’m trying to scrape search engine results for research purposes, but after a few requests, I start getting captchas or temporary blocks. I’ve tried slowing down my requests, but it’s not enough. What’s the best way to avoid this?

Search engines are designed to detect and block automated requests, especially if they all come from the same IP. The best way to get around this is by using rotating proxies that switch your IP with every request. I’ve been using for this, and it works great. Their rotating proxies make it look like different users are making the searches, so I don’t get hit with captchas or bans. I’ve scraped thousands of search results without any issues. Plus, the speeds are solid, so I don’t have to worry about slowdowns. Definitely worth trying if you need a smooth, uninterrupted scraping process.
