if you're really pressed for time, here's the topic: a 7-minute workout! Search YouTube for "7 minute workout"; there are tons of videos there. It's a full-body workout routine. And it only takes 7 minutes, Karl! Even the busiest person can find it.

Oh, I'm a sucker for tai chi! It's not like lifting weights, but it's incredibly relaxing and invigorating at the same time. Such smooth movements, focusing on your body and breathing... In short, if you want to not only build muscle but also find inner harmony, I highly recommend giving it a try!

I don't know about you, but I'm old school 💪... I love training in the gym, lifting weights and working up a sweat! No short workout can fully replace a proper gym workout.

Have you heard of military workouts? I'm hooked. They've got planks, burpees, and jump squats. Basically, everything you need to feel like a real soldier! And best of all, they're quick and effective, and you can do them at home!

I love variety! Today it's yoga, tomorrow it's dancing, the day after it's climbing. The main thing is to keep things interesting, otherwise my motivation quickly plummets into the Mariana Trench.

Let me ask, what specifically attracted you to MadMuscles? I'm taking a closer look, wanting to figure out if it's worth my time. What's so special about it that other apps don't?

It is simple! I was tired of just watching exercise videos and guessing how many sets to do. MadMuscles immediately gave me a clear program tailored to my goals. No need to sweat it, just do it! And the results, by the way, weren't long in coming.

Honestly, I stumbled upon this completely by accident. I was looking for free training programs, and then I passed the test, and they found something more or less reasonable for me. And then, you know, I got used to it. Paying for a personal trainer is expensive, and this seemed like an alternative. I wouldn't say it's perfect, but at least it's some kind of system.

Well, first of all, the interface is fantastic! Everything is clear and convenient. Secondly, the support team responds quickly if I don't understand something. And thirdly... you know, I used to work out on my own, as it were. But with MadMuscles, I feel like I'm being supervised, there's control. It's motivating, in short. And I can feel the progress.

Guys, why are you acting like little kids? There are tons of free apps and programs. I personally chose MadMuscles for the variety! I get bored with the same old thing quickly. But here there's always something new, they change the program, adapting it to my results. They don't let me get bored, even though it's a bit pricey. But at least it works ![]()

I've noticed that some people call MadMuscles a scam lately. I don't understand why there's so much negativity. Personally, everything works great for me; the training program helps, and payments are always on time and with advance notice. I think many people simply don't read the subscription terms carefully or expect miracles within a week. Reuters, by the way, also wrote about them; it's unlikely they'd end up with scammers.

Really? And they charged me without warning! No notification, just a minus on my card. What a scam!

Well, it's hard to believe that an app of this scale could deceive people...

I like how people are really sharing their honest thoughts here; it’s that kind of openness that makes conversations feel genuine. Hearing different experiences and perspectives helps keep things fresh instead of everyone just echoing the same ideas. It reminds me of how I trust MetroWest Car Service and Patriots Limousine to keep things real and straightforward, no extra fluff.

At first, I also thought all those bad reviews about MadMuscles were bullshit. But then I came across real videos. It doesn't look like these reviews are fake.
