And I agree- not trolls. I think it's pretty arrogant to know about this page, which is a wealth of information on what your customers want, and purposely ignore it.

My issue is, this forum is no different then their show when they talk about celebrities. Things you like, things you don't like. I think this board is pretty split, lots people dislike, but also lots of praise for stuff people like.

Exactly. Taylor analyzes and speculates about the real housewives alllll the time. She dissects every small detail of the show and talks about it so what's wrong with us doing the same thing here?? I've never understood their disdain for this forum.
